กองทุนบำเหน็จบำนาญข้าราชการ (กบข.) มีความประสงค์จ้างปรับปรุงฐานข้อมูลงานด้านลงทุนจาก Oracle 12c ไปเป็น Microsoft SQL Server 2022 หรือสูงกว่า เพื่อให้เป็นไปตาม Standard Platform ของ กบข. ลดค่าใช้จ่ายด้านทรัพยากร และเพิ่มความคล่องตัวในการจัดการฐานข้อมูล ขอบเขตงานหลักประกอบด้วย การจัดทำแผน Migration, การทำ Migration ฐานข้อมูล GPFMIS และ GPFBOND ทั้ง Schema, Role, และ Data, การตรวจสอบและสรุปผลการ Migration, การจัดทำแผนการทดสอบระบบ, และการจัดทำเอกสารสรุปผลการ Migration ผู้รับจ้างต้องส่งมอบเครื่องมือพร้อมลิขสิทธิ์ (หากใช้) หรือชุดคำสั่ง (หากไม่ใช้เครื่องมือ) พร้อมคู่มือเพื่อให้ กบข. ดำเนินการเองได้ รวมถึงต้องออกแบบระบบให้มีประสิทธิภาพ, มีระบบสำรองข้อมูล, และเป็นไปตามข้อกำหนดด้านความปลอดภัยของ กบข. โครงการนี้มีระยะเวลา 150 วัน

The Government Pension Fund (GPF) intends to hire a contractor to migrate its investment database from Oracle 12c to Microsoft SQL Server 2022 or higher. This is to comply with the GPF’s Standard Platform, reduce resource costs, and increase database management flexibility. The main scope of work includes creating a migration plan, migrating the GPFMIS and GPFBOND databases (including schema, roles, and data), verifying and summarizing the migration results, creating a system test plan, and creating a migration result summary document. The contractor must deliver the migration tools with licenses (if used) or the command sets (if tools are not used) with manuals so that the GPF can operate them independently. The contractor must also design the system to be efficient, have a backup system, and comply with the GPF’s security requirements. The project duration is 150 days.
