โครงการจัดซื้อจอประชาสัมพันธ์ LED Display Full Color P& Outdoor พร้อมโครงสร้างติดตั้งภายนอกอาคาร จำนวน 1 ชุด มีวัตถุประสงค์หลักเพื่อติดตั้งจอประชาสัมพันธ์ขนาดใหญ่ที่สามารถแสดงภาพ วิดีโอ และข้อความได้อย่างชัดเจน เพื่อใช้ในการประชาสัมพันธ์ข้อมูลข่าวสารของหน่วยงาน ขอบเขตงานครอบคลุมถึงการจัดหาและติดตั้งจอ LED Display Full Color ขนาด 3.36 x 5.12 เมตร, โครงสร้างรองรับจอ, ระบบไฟฟ้า, ระบบสายสัญญาณ, อุปกรณ์สำรองไฟฟ้า (UPS), คอมพิวเตอร์ Notebook สำหรับควบคุม, และบริการอินเทอร์เน็ต 4G เป็นระยะเวลา 2 ปี ผู้รับเหมาต้องรื้อถอนป้ายประชาสัมพันธ์เดิม จัดทำฐานราก ติดตั้งเสาเหล็ก หุ้มกรอบจอและเสาด้วย Aluminum Composite รวมถึงติดตั้งตัวอักษรและสัญลักษณ์ของหน่วยงาน นอกจากนี้ ผู้รับเหมาต้องจัดทำแบบโครงสร้าง รายการคำนวณทางวิศวกรรม และมีวิศวกรโยธาระดับสามัญวิศวกรขึ้นไปรับรอง ระบบไฟฟ้าต้องมีตู้ควบคุม สวิตช์ Circuit Breaker อุปกรณ์ป้องกันไฟกระชาก และระบบสายดิน ระบบสายสัญญาณต้องใช้ UTP Category 6 (Outdoor) หรือ Fiber Optic คอมพิวเตอร์ Notebook ต้องมี CPU อย่างน้อย 4 แกนหลัก 16 แกนเสมือน, RAM 16GB, SSD 512GB, Windows 11, และ Microsoft Office Home 2021

This project involves the procurement and installation of one outdoor LED Display Full Color P& Outdoor advertising screen, including its supporting structure. The main objective is to install a large display screen capable of clearly showing images, videos, and text for publicizing the organization’s information. The scope of work includes supplying and installing a 3.36 x 5.12 meter LED Display Full Color screen, its supporting structure, electrical system, signal cabling, uninterruptible power supply (UPS), a control notebook computer, and 4G internet service for two years. The contractor must dismantle the existing advertising sign, construct the foundation, install steel posts, clad the screen frame and posts with Aluminum Composite, and install the organization’s name and logo. Furthermore, the contractor must prepare structural drawings, engineering calculations, and have them certified by a professional civil engineer (at least at the standard level). The electrical system must include a control panel, circuit breakers, surge protection devices, and a grounding system. The signal cabling must use UTP Category 6 (Outdoor) or Fiber Optic. The notebook computer must have at least a 4-core, 16-thread CPU, 16GB RAM, 512GB SSD, Windows 11, and Microsoft Office Home 2021.
