โครงการนี้เป็นการจัดจ้างบำรุงรักษาอุปกรณ์ระบบงานห้องศูนย์สารสนเทศ (Data Center) ของโรงพยาบาลมหาวิทยาลัยเทคโนโลยีสุรนารี ประจำปีงบประมาณ 2568 โดยมีวัตถุประสงค์หลักเพื่อให้ระบบงานห้อง Data Center ทำงานได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ และระบบสารสนเทศของโรงพยาบาลมีความพร้อมใช้งานตลอด 24 ชั่วโมง รูปแบบการจ้างเป็นแบบรวมค่าอะไหล่ ผู้รับจ้างจะต้องให้บริการบำรุงรักษาเชิงป้องกัน, ซ่อมแซม, แก้ไขอุปกรณ์, และแจ้งเตือนการทำงานที่ผิดปกติ ขอบเขตงานครอบคลุมระบบไฟฟ้า, ระบบปรับอากาศ (ทั้ง Split Type และ LCP Inline), ระบบตู้ Rack, ระบบสำรองไฟฟ้า (UPS) ทั้งแบบไม่รวมและรวมการเปลี่ยนแบตเตอรี่, ระบบตรวจจับน้ำรั่วซึม, ระบบป้องกันอัคคีภัย, ระบบแจ้งเตือนสภาวะแวดล้อมอัตโนมัติ, ระบบกล้องวงจรปิด, ระบบควบคุมการเข้า-ออก, และเครื่องกำเนิดไฟฟ้า การบำรุงรักษาต้องดำเนินการทุก 3 เดือน รวม 4 ครั้งต่อปี ผู้รับจ้างต้องสามารถเข้าแก้ไขปัญหา on-site ภายใน 6 ชั่วโมง และซ่อมแซมให้เสร็จภายใน 8 ชั่วโมง หากเกิน 14 ชั่วโมง ต้องจัดหาอุปกรณ์ทดแทนที่มีคุณสมบัติเทียบเท่าหรือดีกว่า

This project involves the maintenance of the Data Center equipment at Suranaree University of Technology Hospital for the fiscal year 2025. The main objective is to ensure the efficient operation of the Data Center and the 24-hour availability of the hospital’s information systems. The contract includes the cost of spare parts. The contractor will provide preventive maintenance, repair, troubleshooting, and anomaly alerts. The scope of work covers electrical systems, air conditioning (both Split Type and LCP Inline), rack systems, UPS (both with and without battery replacement), water leak detection, fire protection, automatic environment monitoring, CCTV, access control, and a power generator. Maintenance must be performed every 3 months, totaling 4 times per year. The contractor must be able to respond to on-site problems within 6 hours and complete repairs within 8 hours. If repairs take longer than 14 hours, replacement equipment of equal or better quality must be provided.
