กรมท่าอากาศยานมีความประสงค์จะจัดจ้างปรับปรุงระบบจ่ายไฟฟ้าสำรองอัตโนมัติ (Uninterruptible Power Supply: UPS) ที่ท่าอากาศยานลำปาง จำนวน 1 ระบบ เพื่อทดแทนระบบเดิมที่เสื่อมสภาพ โครงการนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์หลักเพื่อให้มีแหล่งจ่ายไฟฟ้าสำรองที่เสถียรและเชื่อถือได้สำหรับอุปกรณ์สำคัญ โดยเฉพาะอย่างยิ่งระบบเครื่องตรวจอาวุธและวัตถุระเบิด (EDS) รวมถึงอุปกรณ์ไฟฟ้าและอิเล็กทรอนิกส์อื่นๆ ป้องกันความเสียหายที่อาจเกิดขึ้นจากปัญหาทางไฟฟ้า เช่น ไฟตก ไฟดับ ไฟกระชาก ผู้รับจ้างจะต้องจัดหาและติดตั้ง UPS ขนาดไม่ต่ำกว่า 30 kVA จำนวน 2 เครื่อง, อุปกรณ์ป้องกันฟ้าผ่า, อุปกรณ์วัดทดสอบระบบไฟฟ้า, และแบตเตอรี่ชนิด Sealed Lead Acid การติดตั้งจะต้องเป็นไปตามมาตรฐานที่กำหนด รวมถึง มอก., EN, IEC, และ UL หรือ CE. ผู้รับจ้างต้องมีการทดสอบระบบ, ฝึกอบรมเจ้าหน้าที่, และส่งมอบคู่มือการใช้งานและการบำรุงรักษา ระยะเวลาดำเนินการทั้งหมด 150 วัน และมีการรับประกันความชำรุดบกพร่อง 2 ปี

The Department of Airports intends to hire a contractor to upgrade the Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS) system at Lampang Airport, with a total of 1 system. This project aims to replace the deteriorated existing system. The main objective is to provide a stable and reliable backup power source for critical equipment, especially the Explosive Detection System (EDS), as well as other electrical and electronic devices. This will prevent damage that may occur due to power problems such as power outages, surges, and brownouts. The contractor must supply and install two UPS units with a capacity of no less than 30 kVA, lightning and surge protection devices, power clamp meters, and Sealed Lead Acid batteries. Installation must comply with specified standards, including TIS, EN, IEC, and UL or CE. The contractor must conduct system testing, provide staff training, and deliver operation and maintenance manuals. The total project duration is 150 days, with a 2-year warranty for defects.
