โครงการนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อก่อสร้างถนนคอนกรีตเสริมเหล็ก เพื่ออำนวยความสะดวกในการสัญจรและขนส่งของประชาชนในพื้นที่ บ้านโคกกะทอ หมู่ที่ ๓ ตำบลนาเหล่า อำเภอนาวัง จังหวัดหนองบัวลำภู โดยมีลักษณะงานคือ ก่อสร้างถนนคอนกรีตเสริมเหล็กทางหลวงท้องถิ่น หมายเลข นภ.ถ. ๔๓๐๐๕ สายบ้านโคกกะทอ – บ้านแสงทองพัฒนา ขนาดผิวจราจรกว้าง ๔.๐๐ เมตร ยาว ๔๒๘ เมตร หนาเฉลี่ย ๐.๑๕ เมตร หรือมีพื้นที่ผิวจราจรไม่น้อยกว่า ๑,๗๑๒ ตร.ม. พร้อมลงลูกรังไหล่ทางทั้งสองข้าง ๆ ละ ๐.๕๐ เมตร และวางท่อ คสล.ขนาด ศก.๐.๔๐๐ ม. จำนวน ๑ จุด ๆ ละ ๑ แถว ๆ ละ ๗ ท่อน พร้อมวัสดุปูนทรายยาแนวรอยต่อให้เรียบร้อย

ผู้ยื่นข้อเสนอต้องมีคุณสมบัติตามที่กำหนด และมีผลงานก่อสร้างประเภทเดียวกันในวงเงินไม่น้อยกว่า 500,000 บาท โครงการมีระยะเวลาดำเนินการ 90 วัน นับจากวันลงนามในสัญญา วงเงินงบประมาณ 1,048,000 บาท โดยใช้เกณฑ์ราคาต่ำสุดในการพิจารณาคัดเลือก

นอกจากนี้ คู่สัญญาต้องจัดทำแผนการใช้พัสดุที่ผลิตภายในประเทศไม่น้อยกว่าร้อยละ 60 และใช้เหล็กที่ผลิตภายในประเทศไม่น้อยกว่าร้อยละ 90 ของปริมาณเหล็กที่ต้องใช้ทั้งหมดตามสัญญา

The objective of this project is to construct a reinforced concrete road to facilitate transportation for the people in Ban Khok Katho, Moo 3, Na Lao Subdistrict, Na Wang District, Nong Bua Lam Phu Province. The work involves the construction of a reinforced concrete road along local highway No. Np. Tor. 43005, Ban Khok Katho – Ban Saeng Thong Phatthana route, with a traffic surface width of 4.00 meters, a length of 428 meters, an average thickness of 0.15 meters, or a traffic surface area of not less than 1,712 square meters, along with laterite shoulders on both sides of 0.50 meters each, and the installation of reinforced concrete pipes with a diameter of 0.400 meters, 1.00 meter in length, 1 point with 1 row of 7 sections each, along with mortar and sand materials to seal the joints neatly.

Bidders must meet the specified qualifications and have a construction track record of the same type with a value of not less than 500,000 baht. The project has a duration of 90 days from the date of signing the contract, with a budget of 1,048,000 baht, using the lowest price criterion for selection.

In addition, the contractor must prepare a plan to use materials manufactured domestically not less than 60 percent, and use steel manufactured domestically not less than 90 percent of the total amount of steel required by the contract.
