โครงการนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อก่อสร้างระบบไฟฟ้าแสงสว่างแบบโซล่าเซลล์ ณ สายซอยย่าโม-ไร่กล้วย หมู่ที่ 2 ต.สุรศักดิ์ (ชุมชนไร่กล้วย) อ.ศรีราชา จ.ชลบุรี โดยมีขอบเขตงานครอบคลุมการติดตั้งเสาไฟพร้อมโคมไฟโซล่าเซลล์จำนวน 59 ต้น พร้อมอุปกรณ์ทั้งหมดตามแบบแปลนที่กำหนด เสาไฟต้องมีความสูงไม่น้อยกว่า 7 เมตร ทำจากเหล็กชุบกัลวาไนซ์ และติดตั้งโคมไฟ LED ที่มีคุณสมบัติตรงตามข้อกำหนดทางเทคนิคอย่างละเอียด เช่น กำลังไฟฟ้า, ค่าความสว่าง, มุมกระจายแสง, และมาตรฐานการทดสอบ ผู้รับจ้างจะต้องใช้วัสดุที่ผลิตภายในประเทศไม่น้อยกว่า 60% ของมูลค่าพัสดุทั้งหมด และใช้เหล็กที่ผลิตในประเทศไม่น้อยกว่า 90% นอกจากนี้ ผู้รับจ้างต้องรับประกันความชำรุดบกพร่องของอุปกรณ์เป็นเวลาไม่น้อยกว่า 2 ปี

This project involves the construction of a solar cell lighting system for the Chao Phraya Surasak Municipality, specifically along Soi Ya Mo - Rai Kluay. The scope of work includes the installation of 59 solar cell lamp posts with all associated equipment according to the provided blueprints. The lamp posts must be at least 7 meters tall, made of galvanized steel, and equipped with LED lamps meeting detailed technical specifications such as power consumption, luminous flux, beam angle, and testing standards. Contractors are required to use materials produced domestically for at least 60% of the total material value and steel produced in the country for at least 90%. In addition, the contractor must provide a warranty against defects for a minimum of 2 years.
