โครงการนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อปรับปรุงและเสริมผิวจราจรด้วยแอสฟัลท์ติกคอนกรีตบนถนนซอย 5 บน ซึ่งเชื่อมต่อกับซอยหลังศาลเจ้า ในเขตเทศบาลตำบลเชียงคาน จังหวัดเลย ลักษณะงานประกอบด้วยการปูผิวจราจรแอสฟัลท์ติกคอนกรีตที่มีความกว้าง 3.00 เมตร ยาว 224.00 เมตร และมีความหนา 0.05 เมตร หรือคิดเป็นพื้นที่รวมไม่น้อยกว่า 672.00 ตารางเมตร ผู้รับจ้างจะต้องเตรียมพื้นผิวเดิมให้พร้อมก่อนการปูผิวคอนกรีต รวมถึงการซ่อมแซมผิวทางเดิมที่ชำรุดเสียหาย (Deep Patching/Skin Patching) การทำ Tack Coat และการปูผิวไหล่ทางและผิวทางด้วยแอสฟัลท์ติกคอนกรีตตามมาตรฐานที่กำหนด นอกจากนี้ ยังรวมถึงการตีเส้นจราจรและการควบคุมการจราจรในระหว่างการก่อสร้างเพื่อให้เกิดความปลอดภัยและไม่กระทบต่อการสัญจร

This project involves paving an asphalt concrete road surface on Soi 5 Bon, connecting to the alley behind the Chao Pho Shrine, in the Chiang Khan Sub-district Municipality, Loei Province. The work includes laying an asphalt concrete surface with a width of 3.00 meters, a length of 224.00 meters, and a thickness of 0.05 meters, totaling an area of no less than 672.00 square meters. The contractor must prepare the existing surface, including repairing damaged road surfaces (Deep Patching/Skin Patching), applying Tack Coat, and paving shoulders and roadways with asphalt concrete according to the specified standards. This also includes traffic line markings and traffic control during construction to ensure safety and minimize disruption to traffic.
