โครงการก่อสร้างถนนคอนกรีตเสริมเหล็กพร้อมระบบระบายน้ำ ถนนชากนอก 8 หมู่ที่ 4 ตำบลห้วยใหญ่ อำเภอบางละมุง จังหวัดชลบุรี มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อปรับปรุงโครงสร้างพื้นฐานด้านการคมนาคมในพื้นที่ โดยมีรายละเอียดการก่อสร้างคือ ถนนคอนกรีตเสริมเหล็ก (ค.ส.ล.) ความกว้าง 5.00 เมตร ยาว 550.00 เมตร (แบ่งเป็น 2 ช่วง) หรือมีพื้นที่รวมไม่น้อยกว่า 2,750 ตารางเมตร (รวมรางระบายน้ำ) และก่อสร้างรางระบายน้ำ ค.ส.ล. กว้าง 0.50 เมตร ลึกเฉลี่ย 0.50 เมตร ยาว 1,068.00 เมตร โครงการยังรวมถึงงานติดตั้งระบบระบายน้ำ, บ่อพัก ค.ส.ล., ฝาบ่อพัก, ฝาเหล็กหล่อ, การเสริมเหล็กรอยต่อถนน, การตีเส้นจราจรด้วยสี Thermoplastic หนาไม่น้อยกว่า 3 มม., และติดตั้งป้ายจราจรระหว่างการก่อสร้าง รวมถึงป้ายโครงการถาวร การก่อสร้างทั้งหมดจะต้องเป็นไปตามแบบแปลนของเทศบาลตำบลห้วยใหญ่, มาตรฐานงานทางหลวงชนบท (มทถ.), และมาตรฐานผลิตภัณฑ์อุตสาหกรรม (มอก.) ที่เกี่ยวข้อง

The project involves the construction of a reinforced concrete road with a drainage system on Chak Nok 8 Road, Village No. 4, Huai Yai Subdistrict, Bang Lamung District, Chonburi Province. The objective is to improve transportation infrastructure in the area. The construction details include a reinforced concrete road with a width of 5.00 meters and a length of 550.00 meters (divided into 2 sections), or a total area of not less than 2,750 square meters (including drainage channels). It also includes the construction of reinforced concrete drainage channels with a width of 0.50 meters, an average depth of 0.50 meters, and a length of 1,068.00 meters. The project also encompasses the installation of a drainage system, reinforced concrete manholes, manhole covers, cast iron covers, reinforced concrete road joints, thermoplastic road markings with a thickness of not less than 3 mm, and the installation of traffic signs during construction, as well as permanent project signs. All construction must comply with the Huai Yai Subdistrict Municipality’s blueprints, the Department of Rural Roads’ standards (DRR), and relevant Thai Industrial Standards (TIS).
