โครงการนี้เป็นการประกวดราคาจ้างก่อสร้างอาคารศูนย์บริการผู้สูงอายุของเทศบาลตำบลหนองไผ่ อำเภอหนองไผ่ จังหวัดเพชรบูรณ์ โดยมีวัตถุประสงค์หลักเพื่อจัดสร้างสถานที่สำหรับให้บริการและส่งเสริมกิจกรรมต่างๆ ให้กับผู้สูงอายุในชุมชน เพื่อยกระดับคุณภาพชีวิตและความเป็นอยู่ของผู้สูงอายุให้ดียิ่งขึ้น ขอบเขตงานประกอบด้วยการก่อสร้างอาคารใหม่ทั้งหมด ตามแบบแปลนและรายการประกอบแบบที่กำหนด รวมถึงงานระบบไฟฟ้า ระบบประปา ระบบสุขาภิบาล และงานอื่นๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้องเพื่อให้ศูนย์บริการฯ สามารถใช้งานได้อย่างสมบูรณ์ ผู้รับจ้างจะต้องมีคุณสมบัติตามที่กำหนดไว้ในเอกสารประกวดราคา และต้องดำเนินการก่อสร้างให้แล้วเสร็จตามระยะเวลาที่กำหนด โดยจะต้องปฏิบัติตามกฎหมาย ระเบียบ และข้อบังคับที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการก่อสร้างอย่างเคร่งครัด เทศบาลตำบลหนองไผ่จะทำการพิจารณาข้อเสนอของผู้เสนอราคา โดยคำนึงถึงราคาที่เสนอ คุณสมบัติของผู้เสนอราคา และประสบการณ์ในการทำงาน เพื่อให้ได้ผู้รับจ้างที่มีคุณภาพและสามารถดำเนินงานให้แล้วเสร็จตามวัตถุประสงค์ของโครงการ
This project is a bidding process for the construction of an elderly service center for the Nong Phai Subdistrict Municipality, Nong Phai District, Phetchabun Province.
