โครงการนี้เป็นการต่อเติมอาคารอเนกประสงค์ในหมู่ที่ 2 ตำบลบางพระเหนือ อำเภอละอุ่น จังหวัดระนอง โดยมีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อเพิ่มพื้นที่ใช้สอยและปรับปรุงสิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกให้แก่ประชาชนในพื้นที่ โครงการประกอบด้วยการต่อเติมอาคารขนาดกว้าง 18.00 เมตร ยาว 10.00 เมตร พร้อมทั้งสร้างเวทีและห้องน้ำเพิ่มเติม การก่อสร้างจะใช้วัสดุที่ได้มาตรฐาน โดยคอนกรีตมีกำลังอัดประลัยไม่น้อยกว่า 240 ksc ที่อายุ 28 วัน ผู้รับจ้างจะต้องตรวจสอบพื้นที่ก่อสร้างให้ถูกต้องตามแบบ และดำเนินการวางผังอาคาร วางแนวเสา รวมถึงระดับต่างๆ ให้เป็นไปตามที่กำหนด หากพบปัญหาเกี่ยวกับสภาพพื้นที่ ผู้รับจ้างต้องแจ้งให้ผู้ว่าจ้างทราบเพื่อพิจารณาแก้ไข การถมดินจะต้องทำเป็นชั้นๆ และบดอัดแน่นตามมาตรฐาน มทช.220-2545 หรือเทียบเท่า นอกจากนี้ ผู้รับจ้างต้องใช้พัสดุที่ผลิตภายในประเทศไม่น้อยกว่าร้อยละ 60 และเหล็กที่ผลิตภายในประเทศไม่น้อยกว่าร้อยละ 90 ของปริมาณที่ใช้ทั้งหมดตามสัญญา

This project involves the extension of a multi-purpose building in Moo 2, Bang Phra Nuea Subdistrict, La-un District, Ranong Province. The objective is to increase usable space and improve facilities for the local community. The project includes extending the building by 18.00 meters in width and 10.00 meters in length, along with the construction of a stage and additional restrooms. Standard materials will be used, with concrete having a compressive strength of at least 240 ksc at 28 days. The contractor is responsible for verifying the construction area according to the plans and accurately laying out the building, columns, and levels as specified. Any issues regarding the site conditions must be reported to the client for consideration and resolution. Soil filling must be done in layers and compacted according to TSH 220-2545 standards or equivalent. Additionally, the contractor must use domestically produced materials for no less than 60 percent and domestically produced steel for no less than 90 percent of the total amount used under the contract.
