โครงการนี้เป็นการก่อสร้างเขื่อนป้องกันตลิ่งริมแม่น้ำปราจีนบุรี ในพื้นที่หมู่ที่ 2 ตำบลหาดยาง อำเภอศรีมหาโพธิ จังหวัดปราจีนบุรี มีความยาวทั้งสิ้น 150 เมตร โครงการมีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อป้องกันการกัดเซาะตลิ่งจากกระแสน้ำ และรักษาความมั่นคงของพื้นที่ริมน้ำ รวมถึงโครงสร้างพื้นฐานที่ตั้งอยู่บริเวณนั้น ขอบเขตงานประกอบด้วยการตอกเสาเข็มเสริมกำลังดิน การก่อสร้างโครงสร้างเขื่อนด้วยกล่องลวดตาข่ายบรรจุหินใหญ่ การติดตั้งราวกันตก และการทำบันได ค.ส.ล. เพื่อให้ประชาชนสามารถเข้าถึงพื้นที่ริมน้ำได้สะดวกยิ่งขึ้น นอกจากนี้ ยังมีงานระบายน้ำจากหลังเขื่อนเพื่อป้องกันปัญหาน้ำท่วมขัง โครงการนี้จึงมีความสำคัญต่อการพัฒนาและรักษาคุณภาพชีวิตของประชาชนในพื้นที่

ผู้รับจ้างจะต้องดำเนินการตามแบบรูปรายการที่กำหนด โดยมีคณะกรรมการตรวจรับพัสดุเป็นผู้ควบคุมและตรวจสอบการดำเนินงาน การพิจารณาผลงานจะเน้นที่คุณภาพ ความถูกต้องตามแบบ และการปฏิบัติตามเงื่อนไขที่กำหนดไว้ในสัญญา เพื่อให้มั่นใจได้ว่าโครงการจะแล้วเสร็จตามวัตถุประสงค์และเกิดประโยชน์สูงสุดแก่ประชาชน

This project involves the construction of a riverbank protection structure along the Prachinburi River, located in Moo 2, Hadyang Subdistrict, Srimahapote District, Prachinburi Province, with a total length of 150 meters. The project aims to prevent riverbank erosion from water currents and maintain the stability of the waterfront area, including the infrastructure situated there. The scope of work includes driving soil reinforcement piles, constructing the dam structure using large stone-filled wire mesh boxes, installing railings, and building reinforced concrete stairs for convenient public access to the waterfront area. Additionally, there is a drainage system from behind the dam to prevent flooding. This project is therefore important for the development and preservation of the quality of life for the people in the area.

The contractor must proceed according to the specified plans, with the Procurement Inspection Committee overseeing and inspecting the operations.
