โรงพยาบาลเทิง จังหวัดเชียงราย มีความประสงค์จะจ้างเหมาบริการทำความสะอาดอาคารโรงพยาบาล ครอบคลุมพื้นที่ประมาณ 7,843 ตารางเมตร ระยะเวลาการจ้าง ตั้งแต่วันที่ 1 มีนาคม 2568 ถึงวันที่ 28 กุมภาพันธ์ 2569 รวม 12 เดือน วัตถุประสงค์หลักเพื่อดูแลรักษาความสะอาดอาคารบริการ ห้องน้ำ ทางเดินเชื่อม เพื่อสร้างสภาพแวดล้อมที่ดีแก่ผู้รับบริการและเจ้าหน้าที่

ขอบเขตงานครอบคลุมการทำความสะอาดพื้น ผนัง กระจก เฟอร์นิเจอร์ ห้องน้ำ บริเวณภายนอกอาคาร โดยใช้น้ำยาและอุปกรณ์ที่เหมาะสม ผู้รับจ้างต้องจัดหาพนักงาน วัสดุ อุปกรณ์ เครื่องมือที่จำเป็นในการทำความสะอาดทั้งหมด โดยต้องมีคุณสมบัติตามที่กำหนด เช่น มีความสามารถตามกฎหมาย ไม่เป็นผู้มีผลประโยชน์ร่วมกัน และมีผลงานประเภทเดียวกันกับงานที่ประกวดราคา

การพิจารณาคัดเลือกข้อเสนอจะใช้เกณฑ์ราคาต่ำสุด ผู้รับจ้างจะได้รับการจ่ายเงินเป็นรายเดือน หลังจากคณะกรรมการตรวจรับงานได้ตรวจรับงานเรียบร้อยแล้ว

The selection of the proposal will be based on the lowest price criterion. The contractor will be paid monthly after the inspection committee has completed the inspection and acceptance of the work.
