โครงการนี้เป็นการปรับปรุงผิวจราจรถนนลาดยางพาราแอสฟัลท์ติกคอนกรีตโดยวิธี Pavement In-Place Recycling บนถนนสายหนองคันนาใน – บ้านโนนมะยาง หมู่ที่ 6 ตำบลตาเมียง อำเภอพนมดงรัก จังหวัดสุรินทร์ มีเป้าหมายเพื่อเพิ่มความแข็งแรงและยืดอายุการใช้งานของถนน รวมถึงแก้ไขปัญหาผิวถนนชำรุดทรุดโทรม โครงการครอบคลุมพื้นที่ผิวจราจรกว้าง 5.00 เมตร หนา 0.05 เมตร ระยะทาง 2,100.00 เมตร หรือมีพื้นที่ผิวจราจรไม่น้อยกว่า 10,500.00 ตารางเมตร โดยใช้วิธีการ Pavement In-Place Recycling ซึ่งเป็นการนำวัสดุผิวทางเดิมมาปรับปรุงและใช้ใหม่ นอกจากนี้ ยังรวมถึงการติดตั้งป้ายประชาสัมพันธ์โครงการจำนวน 1 ป้าย ผู้รับจ้างจะต้องดำเนินการตามมาตรฐานงานทางสำหรับองค์กรปกครองส่วนท้องถิ่นและข้อกำหนดที่องค์การบริหารส่วนตำบลตาเมียงกำหนด เพื่อให้การก่อสร้างมีคุณภาพและเป็นไปตามวัตถุประสงค์ของโครงการ

This project involves the improvement of a para-rubber asphaltic concrete road surface using the Pavement In-Place Recycling method on the Nong Khanna Nai – Ban Non Mayang road, Moo 6, Tambon Ta Miang, Amphoe Phanom Dong Rak, Surin Province. The goal is to enhance the strength and extend the service life of the road, as well as address issues of deteriorated road surfaces. The project covers a road surface area of 5.00 meters wide and 0.05 meters thick, spanning a distance of 2,100.00 meters, or a total surface area of no less than 10,500.00 square meters. It utilizes the Pavement In-Place Recycling method, which involves improving and reusing existing road surface materials. Additionally, the project includes the installation of 1 public information sign. The contractor must adhere to the road work standards for local administrative organizations and the specifications set by the Ta Miang Sub-district Administration Organization to ensure the quality of construction and the achievement of the project’s objectives.
