โครงการนี้เป็นการก่อสร้างทางหลวงหมายเลข 410 ในพื้นที่จังหวัดปัตตานีและยะลา โดยมีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อปรับปรุงและขยายโครงข่ายทางหลวงให้ได้มาตรฐานและสามารถรองรับปริมาณการจราจรที่เพิ่มขึ้น โครงการครอบคลุมการก่อสร้างทางหลวงช่วง บ.ตะบิงติงจี – อ.ธารโต ระยะทางรวมประมาณ 10.478 กิโลเมตร ซึ่งแบ่งออกเป็น 2 ช่วง ได้แก่ ช่วงที่ 1 กม. 69+214.000 ถึง กม. 74+706.000 และช่วงที่ 2 กม. 76+014.000 ถึง กม. 81+000.000

ขอบเขตงานประกอบด้วย:

• การรื้อถอนสิ่งก่อสร้างเดิม เช่น สะพานคอนกรีต สะพานคนเดินข้าม และท่อลอด
• งานดินถมคันทางและงานดินตัด
• งานชั้นทาง รวมถึงงานรองพื้นทางวัสดุมวลรวมและรองพื้นทางดินซีเมนต์
• งานผิวทางคอนกรีต
• งานคอนกรีตเสริมเหล็กสำหรับโครงสร้างต่างๆ
• งานติดตั้งระบบไฟฟ้าแสงสว่าง
• งานอื่นๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้อง เช่น งานป้ายจราจร และงานความปลอดภัย

ผู้รับจ้างจะต้องปฏิบัติตามข้อกำหนดทั่วไปของกรมทางหลวง รวมถึงแบบมาตรฐานและมาตรฐานวัสดุที่ระบุไว้ในเอกสาร TOR นี้อย่างเคร่งครัด

This project involves the construction of Highway No. 410 in Pattani and Yala provinces, with a total distance of approximately 10.478 kilometers. The project covers the construction of the road section from Ban Tabing Ting Ji – Amphoe Thanto, which is divided into two sections: Section 1, from Km. 69+214.000 to Km. 74+706.000, and Section 2, from Km. 76+014.000 to Km. 81+000.000.

The scope of work includes:

• Demolition of existing structures such as concrete bridges, pedestrian bridges, and culverts.
• Earthworks for embankment and excavation.
• Road base construction, including soil aggregate subbase and soil cement subbase.
• Concrete pavement.
• Reinforced concrete work for various structures.
• Installation of lighting systems.
• Other related works such as traffic signs and safety measures.

The contractor must strictly adhere to the general requirements of the Department of Highways, including standard drawings and material standards specified in this TOR.
