ประกาศเชิญชวนผู้สนใจเข้าร่วมเสนอราคา โครงการจ้างเหมาบริการรถตู้ขนาด 12 ที่นั่ง จำนวน 1 คัน เป็นระยะเวลา 60 เดือน (5 ปี) เพื่อสนับสนุนภารกิจของคณะวิศวกรรมศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยขอนแก่น สัญญาจะเริ่มตั้งแต่ปี พ.ศ. 2568-2573 โดยมีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อให้มีรถตู้พร้อมใช้งานอย่างต่อเนื่องและมีประสิทธิภาพ ผู้เสนอราคาต้องเป็นนิติบุคคลที่มีอาชีพให้เช่ารถยนต์ มีประสบการณ์การให้เช่ารถยนต์กับหน่วยงานภาครัฐ รัฐวิสาหกิจ หรือภาคเอกชน และต้องมีคุณสมบัติครบถ้วนตามที่กำหนดใน TOR เช่น ไม่เป็นผู้ทิ้งงาน ไม่เป็นผู้มีผลประโยชน์ร่วมกัน และลงทะเบียนในระบบ e-GP ของกรมบัญชีกลาง รถตู้ที่เสนอต้องเป็นรถใหม่ เครื่องยนต์ดีเซล ขนาดไม่ต่ำกว่า 2,400 ซีซี ติดตั้งอุปกรณ์อำนวยความสะดวกครบครัน เช่น เครื่องปรับอากาศ ไมโครบัส ประตูเลื่อนไฟฟ้า ฟิล์มกรองแสง และระบบมัลติมีเดีย ผู้ให้เช่าต้องรับผิดชอบค่าใช้จ่ายในการบำรุงรักษา ซ่อมแซม ประกันภัย และภาษีรถยนต์ โดยคณะวิศวกรรมศาสตร์จะจ่ายค่าเช่าเป็นรายเดือนเมื่อมีการตรวจรับงานเรียบร้อยแล้ว

Invitation to bid for a 60-month (5-year) car rental service project, providing one 12-seater van to support the missions of the Faculty of Engineering, Khon Kaen University. The contract starts from 2025-2030. Bidders must be legal entities with a car rental business and experience renting cars to government agencies, state enterprises, or the private sector, and must meet the qualifications specified in the TOR, such as not being a blacklisted contractor, not having conflicts of interest, and being registered in the e-GP system of the Comptroller General’s Department. The proposed van must be new, with a diesel engine of at least 2,400 cc, fully equipped with amenities such as a microbus air conditioner, electric sliding door, sun protection film, and multimedia system. The lessor is responsible for maintenance, repairs, insurance, and car tax expenses. The Faculty of Engineering will pay the rent monthly upon satisfactory inspection and acceptance of the work.
