การประปานครหลวง (กปน.) มีความประสงค์ที่จะดำเนินการจัดซื้ออุปกรณ์ใช้กับท่อเหล็กเหนียว จำนวน 14 รายการ เพื่อใช้ในงานลดน้ำสูญเสีย, งานปรับปรุงกำลังน้ำ, งานวางท่อเอกชน และงานอื่น ๆ ของ กปน. วัสดุทั้งหมดต้องเป็นวัสดุที่ผลิตภายในประเทศ และมีคุณภาพตรงตามรายละเอียด Spec. เลขที่ 33-009-12 SPE. และแบบต่างๆ ที่กำหนดโดยกองมาตรฐานวิศวกรรม กปน. ผู้เสนอราคาจะต้องเป็นโรงงานผู้ผลิตและเป็นผู้จำหน่ายเอง หรือเป็นตัวแทนจำหน่ายที่ได้รับการแต่งตั้งอย่างเป็นทางการ โดยต้องมีหนังสือรับรองจาก กปน. เกณฑ์การพิจารณาคัดเลือกข้อเสนอจะใช้เกณฑ์ราคาต่อรายการ การส่งมอบวัสดุ กปน. จะเป็นผู้แจ้งให้คู่สัญญาส่งมอบ ณ สถานที่ที่ กปน. กำหนด โดยจะแจ้งล่วงหน้าไม่น้อยกว่า 5 วันทำการ คู่สัญญาต้องมีวัสดุเตรียมพร้อมรอส่งมอบในแต่ละเดือนตามจำนวนที่ กปน. กำหนด ระยะเวลาของสัญญาคือ 365 วัน นับถัดจากวันลงนามในสัญญา คู่สัญญาต้องจัดทำแผนการทำงานมาให้ภายใน 7 วัน นับถัดจากวันลงนามในสัญญา

The Metropolitan Waterworks Authority (MWA) intends to procure 14 items of ductile iron pipe fittings for use in water loss reduction, water pressure improvement, private pipe laying, and other MWA projects. All materials must be domestically produced and meet the specifications outlined in Spec. No. 33-009-12 SPE. and various forms specified by the MWA’s Engineering Standards Division. Bidders must be either the manufacturing plant and distributor themselves or an officially appointed distributor, with certification from the MWA. The selection criterion will be item price. The MWA will notify the contractor of the delivery location, with at least 5 business days’ notice. The contractor must have materials ready for delivery each month as specified by the MWA. The contract period is 365 days from the date of signing. The contractor must submit a work plan within 7 days from the date of signing the contract.
