โครงการบำรุงรักษาอุปกรณ์ระบบเชื่อมต่อเครือข่ายอินเทอร์เน็ตของกระทรวงศึกษาธิการ (Internet Gateway) มีวัตถุประสงค์หลักเพื่อดูแลรักษาอุปกรณ์เครือข่ายที่เชื่อมต่ออินเทอร์เน็ตของกระทรวงศึกษาธิการ (วังจันทรเกษม) ให้สามารถทำงานได้อย่างต่อเนื่องและมีประสิทธิภาพ ซึ่งรวมถึงการให้บริการอินเทอร์เน็ตแก่บุคลากรภายในกระทรวงฯ และรองรับการใช้งานระบบสารสนเทศต่างๆ เช่น ระบบงานสารบรรณ, จดหมายอิเล็กทรอนิกส์, และระบบทะเบียนต่างๆ ขอบเขตงานครอบคลุมการดูแล, แก้ไขปัญหา, และบำรุงรักษาอุปกรณ์ Router ยี่ห้อ Cisco รุ่น 7609, 7606, และ 2901 รวมถึงระบบ Domain Name Server (moe.go.th) ผู้รับจ้างต้องจัดหาบุคลากรที่มีความเชี่ยวชาญด้านเครือข่าย, มี CCIE 1 คน และเจ้าหน้าที่ประจำศูนย์เทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศฯ นอกจากนี้ ยังต้องมีเครื่องมือบริหารจัดการเครือข่ายที่สามารถทำ Monitoring, Packet Shaper, และ IPS ได้ ผู้รับจ้างจะต้องจัดทำรายงานผลการดำเนินงานเป็นประจำทุกเดือน และมีแผนการบำรุงรักษาและแก้ไขปัญหาที่ชัดเจน โครงการนี้มุ่งเน้นให้ระบบเครือข่ายอินเทอร์เน็ตของกระทรวงศึกษาธิการมีความเสถียร ปลอดภัย และพร้อมใช้งานตลอดเวลา เพื่อสนับสนุนภารกิจด้านการศึกษาและการบริหารงานภายในกระทรวงฯ

The project for the maintenance of the Internet Gateway network connection equipment of the Ministry of Education aims to maintain the network equipment connecting the Internet of the Ministry of Education (Wang Chankasem) to be able to work continuously and efficiently. This includes providing internet services to personnel within the ministry and supporting the use of various information systems such as document management systems, e-mail, and registration systems. The scope of work covers the care, troubleshooting, and maintenance of Cisco Router models 7609, 7606, and 2901, including the Domain Name Server (moe.go.th) system. The contractor must provide personnel who are experts in networking, one with CCIE certification and also staff based at the Information and Communication Technology Center. In addition, network management tools that can perform Monitoring, Packet Shaper, and IPS must be available. The contractor must prepare monthly progress reports and have clear maintenance and troubleshooting plans. This project focuses on ensuring that the Ministry of Education’s internet network is stable, secure, and always available to support educational and administrative tasks within the ministry.
