โครงการนี้เป็นการก่อสร้างถนนแอสฟัลท์ติกคอนกรีตในซอยสามัคคีพัฒนา 4 หมู่ที่ 1 บ้านหัน ตำบลบ้านหัน อำเภอโนนศิลา จังหวัดขอนแก่น โดยเทศบาลตำบลโนนศิลาเป็นเจ้าของโครงการ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อปรับปรุงโครงสร้างพื้นฐานและเพิ่มความสะดวกในการสัญจรของประชาชนในพื้นที่ Scope งานประกอบด้วยการวางท่อระบายน้ำเส้นผ่านศูนย์กลาง 0.40 เมตร ยาวรวม 451.00 เมตร พร้อมบ่อพักคอนกรีตเสริมเหล็ก การปรับพื้นผิวจราจรเดิม และการเทผิวแอสฟัลท์ติกคอนกรีตขนาด 3.00 เมตร ยาว 278.00 เมตร หนา 0.05 เมตร คิดเป็นพื้นที่ไม่น้อยกว่า 834 ตารางเมตร ผู้รับจ้างต้องดำเนินการรื้อถอนผิวจราจรเดิม ก่อสร้างบ่อพัก วางท่อระบายน้ำ เทคอนกรีตปรับพื้นที่ และเทผิวแอสฟัลท์ติกคอนกรีต รวมถึงแก้ไขความเสียหายที่อาจเกิดขึ้นระหว่างการดำเนินงานทั้งหมด โดยมีรายละเอียดตามแบบแปลนที่เทศบาลกำหนด โครงการนี้มีเป้าหมายเพื่อยกระดับคุณภาพชีวิตของประชาชนในตำบลบ้านหัน และส่งเสริมการพัฒนาเศรษฐกิจและสังคมในพื้นที่

This project involves the construction of an asphaltic concrete road in Soi Samakkhi Phatthana 4, Village No. 1, Ban Han Subdistrict, Non Sila District, Khon Kaen Province. The Non Sila Subdistrict Municipality is the project owner. The objective is to improve infrastructure and increase the convenience of transportation for people in the area. The scope of work includes the installation of a drainage pipe with a diameter of 0.40 meters and a total length of 451.00 meters, along with reinforced concrete manholes, the adjustment of the existing road surface, and the paving of asphaltic concrete with a width of 3.00 meters, a length of 278.00 meters, and a thickness of 0.05 meters, covering an area of not less than 834 square meters. The contractor must demolish the existing road surface, construct manholes, install drainage pipes, pour concrete to adjust the area, and pave the asphaltic concrete surface, as well as repair all damage that may occur during the operation, according to the details in the plan specified by the municipality. This project aims to improve the quality of life of the people in Ban Han Subdistrict and promote economic and social development in the area.
