การประปานครหลวง (กปน.) มีความประสงค์จะจ้างผู้ให้บริการระบบประปาภายในสถานที่ใช้น้ำในพื้นที่รับผิดชอบของสำนักงานประปาสาขาต่างๆ โดยใช้วิธีประกวดราคาอิเล็กทรอนิกส์ (e-bidding) ขอบเขตงานครอบคลุมการสำรวจหาท่อรั่ว ซ่อมท่อประปาทั้งภายในและภายนอกอาคาร วางท่อประปาใหม่ ล้างถังพักน้ำ และตรวจสอบระบบประปาสำหรับครัวเรือน ผู้รับจ้างต้องจัดหาบุคลากรที่มีคุณสมบัติเหมาะสม เช่น ช่างประปาที่ผ่านการอบรม มีอุปกรณ์และเครื่องมือที่จำเป็นในการปฏิบัติงาน รวมถึงยานพาหนะ ผู้รับจ้างต้องสามารถตอบสนองต่อการร้องขอของลูกค้าได้ภายใน 24 ชั่วโมง และปฏิบัติตามคู่มือการปฏิบัติงานที่ กปน. กำหนด การแต่งกายของชุดปฏิบัติงานต้องเป็นไปตามรูปแบบที่กำหนดเพื่อสร้างภาพลักษณ์ที่ดี ผู้สนใจเข้าร่วมการประกวดราคาต้องมีผลงานประเภทเดียวกันกับงานที่ประกวดราคาจ้างในวงเงินไม่น้อยกว่า 200,000 บาท ในสัญญาเดียว

The Metropolitan Waterworks Authority (MWA) intends to hire a service provider for water supply systems within customer premises in the areas of responsibility of its branch offices via electronic bidding (e-bidding). The scope of work includes leak detection, repair of water pipes both inside and outside buildings, new pipe installation, water tank cleaning, and inspection of plumbing systems for households. The contractor must provide qualified personnel such as trained plumbers, necessary equipment and tools, and vehicles. The contractor must be able to respond to customer requests within 24 hours and comply with the MWA’s operating manual. The dress code of the work team must conform to the specified format to create a good image. Interested bidders must have a performance record of the same type of work as the job being bidded on, with a value of not less than 200,000 baht in a single contract.
