ประกาศขอบเขตงาน (TOR) สำหรับโครงการจ้างวิเคราะห์กระบวนการในการบริหารจัดการสื่อดิจิทัล สำหรับแพลตฟอร์มดิจิทัลเพื่อการเรียนรู้ของ สสวท. โครงการนี้มีเป้าหมายหลักเพื่อศึกษาและปรับปรุงกระบวนการบริหารจัดการสื่อดิจิทัลบนแพลตฟอร์ม SciMath (https://www.scimath.org) และ My IPST (https://myipst.ipst.ac.th) รวมถึงศึกษาแนวโน้มเทคโนโลยีที่เกี่ยวข้องเพื่อเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพและความปลอดภัยของระบบ ผู้เสนอราคาต้องศึกษาระบบสารสนเทศในปัจจุบัน วิเคราะห์ปัญหา อุปสรรค และออกแบบแนวทางการปรับปรุงกระบวนการทำงานและระบบสารสนเทศที่เกี่ยวข้อง นอกจากนี้ยังต้องออกแบบสถาปัตยกรรมระบบและหน้าจอการใช้งาน (UX/UI) ให้ทันสมัยและเป็นมิตรกับผู้ใช้งาน โครงการมีระยะเวลา 180 วัน และมีงบประมาณ 995,000 บาท (รวมภาษีมูลค่าเพิ่ม 7%) การจ่ายเงินแบ่งเป็น 3 งวดตามผลงานที่ส่งมอบ

This Terms of Reference (TOR) announces a project to analyze the digital media management process for the IPST’s digital learning platform. The project aims to study and improve the digital media management processes on the SciMath (https://www.scimath.org) and My IPST (https://myipst.ipst.ac.th) platforms, including researching related technologies to enhance system efficiency and security. Bidders must study the current information systems, analyze problems and obstacles, and design guidelines for improving workflows and related information systems. They must also design the system architecture and user interface (UX/UI) to be modern and user-friendly. The project has a duration of 180 days and a budget of 995,000 baht (including 7% VAT). Payments are divided into 3 installments based on deliverables.
