โครงการจัดซื้อรถบรรทุกท้ายลาด ชนิด 12 ล้อ พร้อมสะพานไฮดรอลิค สำหรับเทศบาลตำบล จ.ป.ร. อำเภอกระบุรี จังหวัดระนอง มีวัตถุประสงค์หลักเพื่อสนับสนุนการปฏิบัติงานของเทศบาลฯ ในด้านการปรับปรุง ซ่อมแซม และก่อสร้างโครงสร้างพื้นฐาน รวมถึงการแก้ไขปัญหาความเดือดร้อนและให้บริการด้านสาธารณูปโภคแก่ประชาชนในพื้นที่ รถบรรทุกนี้จะใช้ในการเคลื่อนย้ายเครื่องจักรกลไปยังพื้นที่ปฏิบัติงานต่างๆ ใน 11 หมู่บ้านของตำบล จ.ป.ร. ซึ่งส่วนใหญ่เป็นพื้นที่เกษตรกรรมที่มีถนนเป็นดินและลูกรัง การจัดซื้อครั้งนี้จะช่วยแก้ปัญหาการจ้างเหมารถจากภายนอก และเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพในการดำเนินงานของเทศบาลฯ โครงการนี้ได้รับอนุมัติงบประมาณ 6,000,000 บาท จากเงินสะสมของเทศบาลฯ โดยรถบรรทุกจะต้องมีคุณสมบัติและอุปกรณ์ตามมาตรฐานที่กำหนด รวมถึงระบบไฮดรอลิคและเครื่องยนต์ที่ได้มาตรฐาน EURO 5 ผู้ขายจะต้องดำเนินการจดทะเบียนรถให้เป็นกรรมสิทธิ์ของเทศบาลฯ และรับประกันการใช้งาน 1 ปี

This project involves the procurement of a 12-wheel flatbed truck with a hydraulic ramp for the Subdistrict Municipality of Jor Por Ror, Kraburi District, Ranong Province. The main objective is to support the municipality’s operations in improving, repairing, and constructing infrastructure, as well as addressing public distress and providing utility services to residents in the area. The truck will be used to transport machinery to various work sites in the 11 villages of Jor Por Ror subdistrict, which is predominantly an agricultural area with dirt and gravel roads. This purchase will solve the problem of outsourcing truck rentals and improve the efficiency of the municipality’s operations. The project has been approved for a budget of 6,000,000 baht from the municipality’s accumulated funds. The truck must meet specified standards and equipment requirements, including a hydraulic system and a EURO 5 compliant engine. The supplier must register the vehicle in the name of the municipality and provide a 1-year warranty.
