โครงการนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อติดตั้งสายสัญญาณไฟเบอร์ออปติกภายในมหาวิทยาลัยเกษตรศาสตร์ วิทยาเขตกำแพงแสน โดยงานจะดำเนินการโดยงานเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศ กองบริการกลาง สำนักงานวิทยาเขตกำแพงแสน ขอบเขตงานรวมถึงการจัดหาและติดตั้งสายใยแก้วนำแสงขนาด 12 แกน (Singlemode) ตามแผนผังที่กำหนด ซึ่งเชื่อมต่อระหว่างอาคารและหน่วยงานต่างๆ ภายในวิทยาเขต เช่น สำนักหอสมุด คณะเกษตร คณะอุตสาหกรรมบริการ และคณะศิลปศาสตร์และวิทยาศาสตร์ ผู้รับจ้างจะต้องใช้วัสดุที่ผลิตภายในประเทศไม่น้อยกว่าร้อยละ 60 ของมูลค่าพัสดุทั้งหมด และเหล็กที่ผลิตภายในประเทศไม่น้อยกว่าร้อยละ 90 ของปริมาณการใช้เหล็กทั้งหมด ผู้รับจ้างต้องแจ้งแผนการใช้พัสดุและเหล็กที่ผลิตภายในประเทศให้คณะกรรมการตรวจรับพัสดุทราบภายใน 30 วันหลังลงนามสัญญา หากไม่ปฏิบัติตามเกณฑ์ คณะกรรมการฯ มีอำนาจวินิจฉัยการรับหรือไม่รับพัสดุได้

This project aims to install fiber optic cables within Kasetsart University, Kamphaeng Saen Campus. The work will be carried out by the Information Technology Division, Central Service Division, Office of Kamphaeng Saen Campus. The scope of work includes the procurement and installation of 12-core single-mode fiber optic cables according to the specified layout, connecting buildings and departments within the campus, such as the Central Library, Faculty of Agriculture, Faculty of Service Industry, and Faculty of Liberal Arts and Science. The contractor must use materials manufactured domestically for no less than 60% of the total material value, and steel manufactured domestically for no less than 90% of the total steel usage. The contractor must inform the inspection committee of the plan to use domestic materials and steel within 30 days after signing the contract. Failure to comply with the criteria allows the committee to decide whether or not to accept the materials.
