รายละเอียดการจ้าง
โครงการนี้มีชื่อว่า “โครงการเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพการป้องกันตลิ่ง ก่อสร้างเขื่อนป้องกันตลิ่งริมแม่น้ําปิง หมู่ที่ 3, หมู่ที่ 5 ตําบลท่าพุทรา อําเภอคลองขลุง จังหวัดกําแพงเพชร” มีความยาวทั้งสิ้น 400 เมตร ดําเนินการโดยกรมโยธาธิการและผังเมือง
วัตถุประสงค์หลักของโครงการคือเพื่อเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพในการป้องกันตลิ่งพังริมแม่น้ําปิง โดยมีขอบเขตงานที่สําคัญดังนี้:
- การสํารวจและออกแบบเขื่อนป้องกันตลิ่ง
- การจัดทําแผนงานการก่อสร้างที่สอดคล้องกับระยะเวลาและงบประมาณ
- การก่อสร้างเขื่อนป้องกันตลิ่งตามรูปแบบที่กําหนด
- การติดตั้งราวกันตก บันได และระบบระบายน้ํา
- การจัดการสิ่งสาธารณูปโภคที่กีดขวาง
- การถมทรายและการเลือกใช้วัสดุที่ได้มาตรฐาน
- การตรวจสอบคุณสมบัติของดินและวัสดุที่ใช้ในการก่อสร้าง
- การปฏิบัติตามกฎกระทรวงที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการจัดซื้อจัดจ้างและการใช้วัสดุภายในประเทศ
ผู้รับจ้างจะต้องดําเนินการตามมาตรฐานของกรมโยธาธิการและผังเมือง และต้องรับผิดชอบค่าใช้จ่ายที่เกิดขึ้นทั้งหมดจากการดําเนินงาน รวมถึงการแก้ไขปัญหาที่อาจเกิดขึ้นระหว่างการก่อสร้าง
This project, titled “Increasing the Efficiency of Bank Protection, Construction of a Bank Protection Dam along the Ping River, Village No. 3, Village No. 5, Tha Phutsa Subdistrict, Khlong Khlung District, Kamphaeng Phet Province,” has a total length of 400 meters and is being carried out by the Department of Public Works and Town & Country Planning.
The main objective of the project is to increase the efficiency of bank protection along the Ping River. The key scopes of work include:
- Surveying and designing the bank protection dam.
- Developing a construction plan that aligns with the timeline and budget.
- Constructing the bank protection dam according to the specified design.
- Installing guardrails, stairs, and drainage systems.
- Managing obstructing utilities.
- Sand filling and selection of standardized materials.
- Inspecting the properties of soil and materials used in construction.
- Complying with ministerial regulations related to procurement and the use of domestic materials.
The contractor must comply with the standards of the Department of Public Works and Town & Country Planning and is responsible for all expenses incurred from the operation, including resolving any problems that may arise during construction.
