โครงการนี้ดำเนินการโดยเทศบาลเมืองประจวบคีรีขันธ์ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อปรับปรุงผิวจราจรบนถนนเกาะหลัก ช่วงตั้งแต่แยกป้อมตำรวจสระโยคีไปจนถึงถนนมหาราช 1 ในตำบลประจวบคีรีขันธ์ อำเภอเมืองประจวบคีรีขันธ์ โดยมีรายการหลักๆ คือ การก่อสร้างผิวจราจรคอนกรีตเสริมเหล็ก (ค.ส.ล.) ทั้งสองฝั่งถนน กว้าง 2.00 เมตร ยาว 146.00 และ 151.00 เมตร รวมพื้นที่ไม่น้อยกว่า 563.00 ตารางเมตร ซึ่งรวมถึงการตัดรื้อทางเท้าเดิม การขุดดิน และการเชื่อมต่อผิวจราจรใหม่กับถนนมหาราช 1 นอกจากนี้ ยังมีงานตัดต่อขอบบ่อพักรับน้ำเดิมจำนวน 26 บ่อ พร้อมหล่อฝาท่อระบายน้ำ ค.ส.ล. ขนาด 1.10x1.10 เมตร จำนวน 26 ฝา เพื่อทดแทนฝาเดิม รวมถึงการปูผิวจราจรแอสฟัลท์ติกคอนกรีต หนา 0.05 เมตร พื้นที่รวมไม่น้อยกว่า 1,323.00 ตารางเมตร พร้อมติดตั้งป้ายโครงการขนาด 1.20x2.40 เมตร

This project, undertaken by the Prachuap Khiri Khan Municipality, aims to improve the road surface on Koh Lak Road, from the Sarayok Police Box intersection to Maharaj 1 Road, in Prachuap Khiri Khan Subdistrict, Mueang Prachuap Khiri Khan District. The main tasks include the construction of reinforced concrete (RC) pavement on both sides of the road, 2.00 meters wide and 146.00 and 151.00 meters long, totaling an area of at least 563.00 square meters. This includes cutting and removing the existing sidewalks, excavating soil, and connecting the new pavement to Maharaj 1 Road. Additionally, there will be work to cut and connect the edges of 26 existing water catch basins, along with casting and installing 26 RC drainage covers, each measuring 1.10x1.10 meters, to replace the old covers. The project also involves laying asphaltic concrete pavement, 0.05 meters thick, covering an area of at least 1,323.00 square meters, and installing a project sign measuring 1.20x2.40 meters.
