โครงการนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อจัดซื้อและติดตั้งเครื่องอัดลมสตาร์ทแบบลูกสูบขนาด 30 bar จำนวน 1 ชุด สำหรับใช้ในเรือสันดอน 8 เพื่อทดแทนเครื่องเดิมที่เสื่อมสภาพจากการใช้งาน เครื่องอัดลมเดิมใช้งานมา 7 ปี และมีปัญหาด้านประสิทธิภาพและค่าใช้จ่ายในการบำรุงรักษาที่สูงขึ้น การจัดซื้อเครื่องใหม่จะช่วยให้การปฏิบัติงานขุดลอกของเรือสันดอน 8 มีประสิทธิภาพมากขึ้น ลดค่าใช้จ่ายด้านอะไหล่ และเพิ่มความปลอดภัยในการใช้งาน

ขอบเขตงานประกอบด้วย การรื้อถอนเครื่องอัดลมสตาร์ทเดิม การติดตั้งเครื่องใหม่ การเชื่อมต่อระบบลมและระบบไฟฟ้า การทดสอบการทำงาน และการฝึกอบรมให้กับเจ้าหน้าที่ การท่าเรือฯ กำหนดคุณสมบัติทางเทคนิคของเครื่องอัดลม เช่น แรงดันใช้งานไม่ต่ำกว่า 30 bar, Charging capacity ไม่ต่ำกว่า 30 m³/hr และมาตรฐาน ISO 9001:2015 ผู้เสนอราคาต้องมีคุณสมบัติตามที่กำหนด และผลิตภัณฑ์ต้องเป็นของใหม่ มีการรับประกันความชำรุดบกพร่องเป็นเวลา 365 วัน

การพิจารณาคัดเลือกจะใช้หลักเกณฑ์ด้านราคา โดยมีวงเงินงบประมาณ 780,000 บาท (ไม่รวมภาษีมูลค่าเพิ่ม) กำหนดส่งมอบภายใน 180 วันหลังลงนามสัญญา ผู้ขายต้องจัดทำคู่มือการใช้งานและรายการอะไหล่

This project aims to procure and install one 30 bar piston-type starting air compressor for use in Dredger 8, replacing the original unit that has deteriorated with use. The original air compressor has been in operation for 7 years and has issues with efficiency and high maintenance costs. Purchasing a new compressor will improve the efficiency of Dredger 8’s dredging operations, reduce spare parts costs, and increase operational safety.

The scope of work includes dismantling the old starting air compressor, installing the new unit, connecting the air and electrical systems, functional testing, and providing training to personnel. The Port Authority of Thailand specifies technical characteristics of the air compressor, such as an operating pressure of not less than 30 bar, a charging capacity of not less than 30 m³/hr, and ISO 9001:2015 standard. Bidders must meet the specified qualifications, and the product must be new with a 365-day warranty against defects.

The selection will be based on price criteria, with a budget of 780,000 Baht (excluding VAT). Delivery is required within 180 days of signing the contract. The seller must provide an operating manual and spare parts list.
