โครงการนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์หลักในการปรับปรุงและพัฒนาระบบการรายงานผลการจ้างงานคนพิการของสถานประกอบการและหน่วยงานภาครัฐ ให้เป็นระบบอิเล็กทรอนิกส์แบบ One-Platform ที่มีความสะดวก รวดเร็ว ปลอดภัย และมีประสิทธิภาพมากยิ่งขึ้น โดยจะเน้นการเชื่อมโยงข้อมูลกับหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้อง เช่น กรมพัฒนาธุรกิจการค้า, สำนักงานประกันสังคม, กรมการจัดหางาน และกรมสรรพากร เพื่อลดขั้นตอนและความซ้ำซ้อนในการกรอกข้อมูล ระบบใหม่นี้จะรองรับการลงทะเบียนและยืนยันตัวตนของผู้ใช้งานด้วยวิธีการที่หลากหลายตามมาตรฐานสากล รวมถึงการลงนามดิจิทัล (Digital Signature) ในเอกสารรายงานต่างๆ และใบเสร็จรับเงินอิเล็กทรอนิกส์ (e-Receipt) นอกจากนี้ ยังมีการพัฒนาระบบการชำระเงินตามมาตรา 34 และการขอคืนเงินผ่านช่องทางอิเล็กทรอนิกส์ รวมถึงการนำส่งข้อมูลการจ้างงานคนพิการไปยังกรมสรรพากรเพื่อใช้สิทธิประโยชน์ทางภาษี ระบบจะถูกออกแบบให้มีความมั่นคงปลอดภัยทางไซเบอร์ มีการทดสอบเจาะระบบ (Penetration Testing) และการปกปิดข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล (Data Pseudonymization) เพื่อให้มั่นใจว่าข้อมูลจะถูกจัดเก็บและประมวลผลอย่างถูกต้อง ปลอดภัย และเป็นไปตามกฎหมาย

This project aims to improve and develop a reporting system for the employment of persons with disabilities in private establishments, private schools and government agencies. The goal is to create a One-Platform electronic system that is convenient, fast, secure, and more efficient. It will focus on linking data with relevant agencies such as the Department of Business Development, Social Security Office, Department of Employment, and the Revenue Department to reduce steps and redundancy in data entry. The new system will support user registration and authentication using various methods according to international standards, including digital signatures on various reporting documents and electronic receipts (e-Receipts). In addition, the project involves developing an electronic payment system for Section 34 contributions and refunds, as well as submitting employment data of persons with disabilities to the Revenue Department for tax benefits. The system will be designed with cybersecurity in mind, including penetration testing and data pseudonymization, to ensure that data is stored and processed correctly, securely, and in compliance with the law.
