โครงการนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อจัดหาและติดตั้งเครื่องตรวจติดตามการเคลื่อนตัวของมวลดิน ระยะที่ 1 พร้อมอุปกรณ์ เพื่อเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพในการเฝ้าระวังและแจ้งเตือนภัยพิบัติแผ่นดินถล่มและน้ำป่าไหลหลาก โดยมีเป้าหมายเพื่อลดผลกระทบและความเสียหายต่อชีวิตและทรัพย์สินของประชาชน

ขอบเขตงานประกอบด้วยการจัดหาและติดตั้ง:

• เครื่องตรวจติดตามการเคลื่อนตัวของมวลดินแบบชุดวัดการเอียงตัวของมวลดิน จำนวน 15 ชุด ซึ่งแต่ละชุดประกอบด้วยเซ็นเซอร์วัดการเอียงตัว, เครื่องวัดแรงดันน้ำใต้ดิน, ชุดวัดสภาพอากาศ (เครื่องวัดปริมาณน้ำฝน, เครื่องวัดความชื้นสัมพัทธ์และอุณหภูมิ), เครื่องบันทึกข้อมูล (Data logger), เครื่องจัดเก็บข้อมูลที่สามารถเชื่อมต่อกับเครือข่าย, ชุดเครื่องส่งข้อมูลและสื่อสารระยะไกล และระบบพลังงาน (Solar Cell)
• เครื่องตรวจติดตามการเคลื่อนตัวของมวลดินแบบเรดาร์ จำนวน 5 ชุด
• โปรแกรมการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลการเคลื่อนตัวของมวลดินเพื่อเฝ้าระวังแจ้งเตือนธรณีพิบัติภัยแผ่นดินถล่มและน้ำป่าไหลหลาก จำนวน 1 ชุด

การดำเนินโครงการนี้จะช่วยเสริมสร้างระบบเฝ้าระวังภัยพิบัติให้ทันสมัยและครอบคลุมพื้นที่มากยิ่งขึ้น พร้อมรองรับการวางแผนป้องกันเพื่อลดความสูญเสียและความเสียหาย และสร้างความปลอดภัยต่อชีวิตและทรัพย์สินของประชาชนในระยะยาว

This project aims to procure and install phase 1 of landslide monitoring equipment and accessories, which includes 15 sets of inclinometer-based landslide monitoring systems, 5 sets of radar-based landslide monitoring systems, and 1 set of landslide data analysis software for landslide and flash flood disaster warning. The objective is to enhance the efficiency of monitoring and early warning systems for landslide and flash flood disasters to reduce the impact and damage to life and property.

The scope of work includes procurement and installation of:

• 15 sets of inclinometer-based landslide monitoring systems, each including inclinometer sensors, piezometers, weather stations (rain gauge, relative humidity and temperature sensors), data loggers, network-connectable data storage devices, remote data transmission and communication units, and power systems (Solar Cell).
• 5 sets of radar-based landslide monitoring systems.
• 1 set of landslide data analysis software for landslide and flash flood disaster warning.

This project will modernize and expand the disaster monitoring system, support preventative planning to reduce losses and damages, and ensure long-term safety for lives and properties in the affected areas.
