โครงการนี้เป็นการประกวดราคาอิเล็กทรอนิกส์ (e-bidding) เพื่อจ้างก่อสร้างคูระบายน้ำคอนกรีตเสริมเหล็กสายมัสยิด หมู่ที่ ๔ บ้านบางขนุน โดยมีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อปรับปรุงระบบระบายน้ำในพื้นที่ วงเงินงบประมาณโครงการอยู่ที่ 1,421,300.00 บาท ผู้ยื่นข้อเสนอต้องมีคุณสมบัติตามที่กำหนด เช่น เป็นนิติบุคคล มีผลงานก่อสร้างประเภทเดียวกันในวงเงินไม่น้อยกว่า 710,600.00 บาท และมีมูลค่าสุทธิของกิจการตามเกณฑ์ที่กำหนด ระยะเวลาในการก่อสร้าง 120 วัน กำหนดการจ่ายเงินเป็น 3 งวดตามความคืบหน้าของงาน โดยองค์การบริหารส่วนตำบลคลองประสงค์จะพิจารณาตัดสินโดยใช้หลักเกณฑ์ราคา ผู้ชนะการเสนอราคาต้องรับประกันความชำรุดบกพร่องของงานเป็นระยะเวลาไม่น้อยกว่า 2 ปี และต้องมีและใช้ผู้มีวุฒิบัตรระดับ ปวช. ปวส. และ ปวท. หรือเทียบเท่าในอัตราไม่ต่ำกว่าร้อยละ 10 ของแต่ละสาขาช่าง
