โครงการนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อปรับปรุงอาคารบ้านพัก คสล. 2 ชั้น ที่โรงเรียนกาวิละอนุกูล จังหวัดเชียงใหม่ ขอบเขตงานประกอบด้วยงานปรับปรุงอาคาร โดยมีรายละเอียดตามแบบ ปร.4 และ ปร.5 (ก) ที่แนบ ค่างานต้นทุนคิดเป็น 4,167,700.12 บาท และเมื่อคำนวณ Factor F ที่ 1.3020 แล้ว ค่าก่อสร้างรวมเป็น 5,426,345.56 บาท ซึ่งคิดเป็นเงินประมาณ 5,426,000 บาท (ห้าล้านสี่แสนสองหมื่นหกพันบาทถ้วน) ไม่มีเงินล่วงหน้าจ่ายและไม่มีการหักเงินประกันผลงาน โดยมีดอกเบี้ยเงินกู้และค่าภาษีมูลค่าเพิ่ม 7.00%
This project involves the renovation of a 2-story reinforced concrete (RC) residential building at Kawila Anukul School, Chiang Mai Province. The initial cost is 4,167,700.12 Baht. After applying Factor F (1.3020), the total construction cost is 5,426,345.56 Baht, which is approximately 5,426,000 Baht (Five million four hundred twenty-six thousand Baht only). There is no advance payment and no performance guarantee deduction. The interest on loans and value-added tax is 7.00%.
