โครงการนี้มีเป้าหมายเพื่อพัฒนาศักยภาพครูและบุคลากรทางการศึกษาของกระทรวงศึกษาธิการ ผ่านระบบออนไลน์ “NIDTEP Learning Mall” โดยมีวัตถุประสงค์หลัก 3 ประการ คือ 1) พัฒนาระบบออนไลน์ให้เป็นแหล่งเรียนรู้ที่มีประสิทธิภาพ 2) พัฒนาหลักสูตรการเรียนรู้ที่ตอบสนองต่อความต้องการของประเทศ และ 3) พัฒนาสมรรถนะของครูและบุคลากรทางการศึกษาให้มีทักษะในศตวรรษที่ 21 ผู้รับจ้างจะต้องดำเนินการศึกษา สำรวจ ออกแบบและพัฒนาระบบบริหารจัดการการเรียนรู้ออนไลน์ (LCMS) ที่สามารถใช้งานได้บนทุกอุปกรณ์ พร้อมทั้งติดตั้งระบบต่างๆ ได้แก่ ระบบข้อมูลหลักสูตร, ระบบบริหารหลักสูตร, ระบบสมัครอบรม, ระบบบริหารการอบรม, ระบบประเมินผล, ระบบรายงาน, ระบบ Live Streaming, ระบบ Dashboard, ระบบแบบประเมิน, ระบบการแสดงข้อมูลหน้าแรก, ระบบการสื่อสารและสังคมออนไลน์ และระบบบันทึกการจัดเก็บประวัติการเรียน รวมถึงการเช่า Cloud Server และผลิตสื่อการเรียนรู้ ผู้รับจ้างต้องติดตั้ง ทดสอบ และปรับปรุงระบบ พร้อมทั้งจัดอบรมการใช้งาน และมีการบำรุงรักษาระบบเป็นเวลา 2 ปี โครงการนี้มีวงเงินงบประมาณ 3,000,000 บาท และมีระยะเวลาดำเนินการ 150 วัน

This project aims to develop the potential of teachers and educational personnel of the Ministry of Education through the online system “NIDTEP Learning Mall”. The main objectives are: 1) to develop the online system into an efficient learning resource; 2) to develop learning curricula that meet the needs of the country; and 3) to enhance the competencies of teachers and educational personnel in the 21st century skills. The contractor must conduct a study, survey, design, and develop an online learning management system (LCMS) that can be used on all devices, as well as install various systems, including course information systems, curriculum management systems, training application systems, training management systems, evaluation systems, reporting systems, Live Streaming systems, Dashboard systems, evaluation form systems, home page display systems, communication and social media systems, and learning history recording systems, including cloud server rental and the production of learning media. The contractor must install, test, and improve the system, as well as provide training on the use of the system and maintain the system for 2 years. This project has a budget of 3,000,000 baht and a duration of 150 days.
