โครงการนี้เป็นการจัดซื้อกล้องโทรทัศน์วงจรปิดชนิดเครือข่าย (CCTV) จำนวน 32 จุด เพื่อติดตั้งภายนอกอาคารในพื้นที่องค์การบริหารส่วนตำบลหน้าพระลาน โดยมีวัตถุประสงค์หลักเพื่อยกระดับความปลอดภัยให้กับประชาชนและสถานที่สำคัญในพื้นที่ โครงการนี้ครอบคลุมถึงการจัดหาอุปกรณ์ที่เกี่ยวข้องทั้งหมด ได้แก่ อุปกรณ์บันทึกภาพผ่านเครือข่าย (Network Video Recorder), กล้องโทรทัศน์วงจรปิดแบบมุมมองคงที่ (10 ชุด, 22 ชุด), โปรแกรมบริหารจัดการกล้อง (CMS), ตู้แร็ค, จอภาพ (LED TV), อุปกรณ์แปลงสัญญาณ, เสากล้อง, และอุปกรณ์อื่นๆ ที่จำเป็นในการติดตั้งและใช้งานระบบ CCTV ให้สมบูรณ์ ผู้เสนอราคาจะต้องจัดหา ติดตั้ง และส่งมอบอุปกรณ์ทั้งหมดตามคุณลักษณะเฉพาะที่กำหนดไว้ในเอกสาร TOR และจะต้องมีหนังสือรับรองการเป็นตัวแทนจำหน่ายหรือหนังสือรับรองอื่นๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้อง รวมถึงการให้บริการหลังการขายและการรับประกันคุณภาพของอุปกรณ์

This project is the procurement of 32 network-type closed-circuit television (CCTV) cameras for outdoor installation in the area of the Na Phra Lan Subdistrict Administrative Organization. The main objective is to enhance the safety of people and important places in the area. This project covers the procurement of all related equipment, including Network Video Recorders, fixed-view CCTV cameras (10 sets, 22 sets), Camera Management Software (CMS), rack cabinets, monitors (LED TVs), signal conversion equipment, camera poles, and other equipment necessary for the complete installation and use of the CCTV system. Bidders must procure, install, and deliver all equipment according to the specific characteristics specified in the TOR, and must have a certificate of dealership or other relevant certificates, including after-sales service and warranty of the equipment.
