การประกวดราคาครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อจัดซื้อยา Enoxaparin sodium 40 mg/0.4 ml injection เพื่อให้โรงพยาบาลมีปริมาณยาเพียงพอต่อการใช้งาน โดยผู้เสนอราคาจะต้องยื่นเอกสารต่างๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้องกับคุณสมบัติของยา ได้แก่ คุณสมบัติทั่วไป, คุณสมบัติทางเภสัชกรรม, เอกสารรับรองมาตรฐานการผลิตยาตามหลักเกณฑ์ PIC/S หรือ GMP จากสำนักงานคณะกรรมการอาหารและยา, ผลการตรวจวิเคราะห์คุณภาพผลิตภัณฑ์ยาสําเร็จรูปและวัตถุดิบ, ผลการศึกษา Long term stability, และตัวอย่างยา
นอกจากนี้ ผู้เสนอราคาต้องให้การรับประกันคุณภาพยาที่ส่งมอบ โดยยามีอายุไม่น้อยกว่า 1 ปีนับจากวันส่งมอบ และต้องรับเปลี่ยนยาเมื่อยาใกล้หมดอายุหรือเสื่อมสภาพก่อนกำหนด ทางหน่วยงานราชการอาจมีการสุ่มตัวอย่างยาเพื่อตรวจวิเคราะห์คุณภาพ หากพบว่ายาไม่เป็นไปตามคุณลักษณะเฉพาะ จะสงวนสิทธิ์ไม่รับพิจารณาการเสนอราคายาดังกล่าวในครั้งต่อไป
The purpose of this bidding is to procure Enoxaparin sodium 40 mg/0.4 ml injection to ensure sufficient supply in the hospital. Bidders must submit documents related to the drug’s specifications, including general and pharmaceutical properties, PIC/S or GMP certification from the Thai FDA, certificates of analysis for finished product and drug substance, long-term stability study results, and a drug sample.
The supplier must guarantee the quality of the delivered drug, ensuring it has a shelf life of at least 1 year from the delivery date and agreeing to replace drugs nearing expiration or deteriorating before their expiration date. The government agency may sample the delivered drugs for quality analysis. If the drug does not meet the specifications, the agency reserves the right to reject the supplier’s bid in future procurements.
