การไฟฟ้าส่วนภูมิภาคสาขาท่าแซะ มีความประสงค์จ้างเหมาบุคคลภายนอกเพื่อปฏิบัติงานเกี่ยวกับการงดจ่ายไฟฟ้าสำหรับมิเตอร์แรงต่ำชนิด 1 เฟส และ 3 เฟส (ไม่รวมมิเตอร์ที่ติดตั้งกับหม้อแปลงเฉพาะราย) ในพื้นที่ 6 โซนของอำเภอท่าแซะ จังหวัดชุมพร ได้แก่ ตำบลท่าแซะ, หงษ์เจริญ, สองพี่น้อง, นากระตาม, สลุย และรับร่อ โดยผู้รับจ้างจะต้องดำเนินการปลดสายเทอร์มินอล, ตัดกลับมิเตอร์ (ถอดมิเตอร์), ต่อสายเทอร์มินอล, และต่อกลับมิเตอร์ รวมถึงดำเนินการตามระเบียบและหลักเกณฑ์ที่ กฟภ. กำหนด และดำเนินการผ่อนผันการงดจ่ายไฟตามข้อกำหนดของ กกพ. และมาตรฐานสัญญาการให้บริการผู้ใช้ไฟฟ้ารายย่อย พ.ศ. 2558 ผู้ปฏิบัติงานแต่ละคนต้องดำเนินการไม่เกิน 50 รายต่อวัน และแต่ละโซนกำหนดให้มีผู้ปฏิบัติงานไม่น้อยกว่า 1 คนเพื่อดำเนินการกับผู้ใช้ไฟฟ้า 30 รายต่อวัน โครงการนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์หลักเพื่อให้การดำเนินการงดจ่ายไฟฟ้าเป็นไปตามระเบียบและมีประสิทธิภาพ

The Provincial Electricity Authority (PEA), Tha Sae Branch, intends to outsource the disconnection of electricity supply for low-voltage, single-phase and three-phase meters (excluding meters installed with dedicated transformers) in 6 zones of Tha Sae District, Chumphon Province. These zones include Tha Sae, Hong Charoen, Song Phi Nong, Na Kra Tam, Salui, and Rab Ro subdistricts. The contractor will be responsible for disconnecting terminal wires, cutting back meters (removing meters), connecting terminal wires, and reconnecting meters. They must also follow PEA’s regulations and guidelines, and implement deferral procedures for power outages according to the Energy Regulatory Commission (ERC) regulations and the standard service contract for small electricity users of 2015. Each worker must handle no more than 50 cases per day, and each zone is required to have at least one worker to handle 30 users per day. The main objective of this project is to ensure that the power outage operation is carried out in accordance with regulations and with efficiency.
