รายละเอียดการจ้าง
โครงการนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อจัดซื้อชุดตรวจสอบแนวเชื่อมและโครงสร้างโลหะวิทยา จำนวน 1 ชุด เพื่อสนับสนุนการเรียนการสอนของคณะเทคโนโลยีอุตสาหกรรม มหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏสงขลา โดยจะนำไปใช้ในการฝึกทักษะการวิเคราะห์โครงสร้างโลหะวิทยาจากการเชื่อม การเปลี่ยนแปลงของเฟสหลังการเชื่อมในระดับไมโครและมาโคร รวมถึงสนับสนุนงานวิจัย
รายการครุภัณฑ์ประกอบด้วย เครื่องตัดชิ้นงาน, เครื่องขัดเตรียมผิวชิ้นงานแบบจานคู่, เครื่องอัดขึ้นเรือนชิ้นงานแบบร้อน, กล้องวัดค่าแนวหลอมลึกของรอยเชื่อม, กล้องจุลทรรศน์สำหรับส่องโครงสร้างทางโลหะวิทยา, เครื่องเชื่อมประสานหลอมโลหะ (Inverter welding) และเครื่องคอมพิวเตอร์โน้ตบุ๊กสำหรับเก็บข้อมูลการตรวจสอบ
ครุภัณฑ์เหล่านี้จะช่วยยกระดับการเรียนการสอน และเพิ่มศักยภาพของนักศึกษาในสาขาวิชาเทคโนโลยีการผลิต, เทคโนโลยีการจัดการอุตสาหกรรม และเทคโนโลยีอุตสาหการ ให้สามารถตอบสนองความต้องการของภาคอุตสาหกรรม โดยเฉพาะอุตสาหกรรมปิโตรเคมีและอุตสาหกรรมน้ำมันในพื้นที่ภาคใต้
The project aims to procure one set of welding inspection and metallography equipment to support teaching and research at the Faculty of Industrial Technology, Songkhla Rajabhat University. This equipment will be used to train students in analyzing metallographic structures of welds, phase transformations after welding at the micro and macro levels, and to support research activities.
The equipment includes a cutting machine, a double-disc grinder-polisher, a hot mounting press, a fusion line depth measurement camera, a microscope for metallographic structure inspection, an inverter welding machine, and notebook computers for data collection.
This equipment will enhance teaching and improve the capabilities of students in the fields of Production Technology, Industrial Management Technology, and Industrial Technology, enabling them to meet the needs of the industrial sector, particularly the petrochemical and oil industries in southern Thailand.
