โครงการนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อจัดซื้อรถบรรทุกกระบะเทท้ายขนาด 150 แรงม้า พร้อมติดตั้งเครนไฮดรอลิคแบบสลิงแขนตรงและกระเช้าซ่อมไฟฟ้าชนิดไฟเบอร์กลาส จำนวน 1 คัน ให้แก่งานอาคารสถานที่และสาธารณูปการ ศูนย์การศึกษามหาวิทยาลัยเชียงใหม่ เพื่อใช้ในการดูแลอาคารสถานที่ บำรุงรักษาระบบสาธารณูปการ โดยเฉพาะงานที่เกี่ยวข้องกับระบบไฟฟ้าแรงสูงและแรงต่ำ รวมถึงไฟฟ้าส่องสว่างถนนภายในศูนย์การศึกษาฯ ที่ต้องปฏิบัติงานในที่สูง รถบรรทุกดังกล่าวต้องมีคุณสมบัติตามที่กำหนด เช่น สามารถยกสูงจากพื้นได้ไม่น้อยกว่า 12 เมตร ตัวกระบะสามารถเทท้ายได้ และมีอุปกรณ์ประจำรถครบครัน ผู้เสนอราคาต้องมีคุณสมบัติครบถ้วนตามที่กำหนดไว้ใน TOR เช่น เป็นนิติบุคคล มีอาชีพขายครุภัณฑ์ประเภทเดียวกับที่จะจัดซื้อ ไม่เป็นผู้มีผลประโยชน์ร่วมกันกับผู้ยื่นข้อเสนอรายอื่น และต้องลงทะเบียนในระบบจัดซื้อจัดจ้างภาครัฐด้วยอิเล็กทรอนิกส์ (e-GP) ของกรมบัญชีกลาง กำหนดส่งมอบพัสดุภายใน 180 วัน นับถัดจากวันลงนามในสัญญา

The objective of this project is to procure one 150 horsepower dump truck with a straight boom hydraulic crane and a fiberglass electrical repair basket for the Buildings and Utilities Division, Chiang Mai University Education Center. This vehicle will be used for the maintenance of buildings and utilities, especially for tasks related to high and low voltage electrical systems, as well as street lighting within the Education Center that require working at height. The dump truck must meet the specified requirements, such as a lifting height of at least 12 meters, a tilting dump bed, and complete vehicle equipment. Bidders must meet all qualifications specified in the TOR, such as being a legal entity, being in the business of selling the type of equipment to be purchased, not having any conflicts of interest with other bidders, and being registered in the government’s electronic procurement system (e-GP) of the Comptroller General’s Department. The delivery of the equipment is within 180 days from the signing date of the contract.
