This project involves the construction of a two-story multipurpose building for a Family Doctor Clinic (Primary Care Cluster), following design number 11047 from the Bureau of Design, Department of Health Service Support, Ministry of Public Health. The building includes various functional areas such as a multipurpose room, restrooms (including accessible restrooms), corridors, storage rooms, a control room, a food preparation area, and a meeting room. The main structure is reinforced concrete. Most walls are lightweight concrete with smooth plaster and paint, except for the restrooms, which use brick masonry. The roof is Metal Sheet, 760 profile, with PU Foam insulation and aluminum foil. The project emphasizes accessibility for the disabled and the elderly, with ramps and stairs designed according to specified standards, including the installation of handrails and various assistive devices. The contractor must carry out the construction in accordance with the drawings, specifications, and related documents, including the Building Construction Standards B.E. 2553 (2010) and the Building Materials and Equipment Specifications Standards B.E. 2561 (2018).
