โครงการนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อปรับปรุงถนนนรานุกูลกิจบริเวณหน้าตลาดสดเทศบาลตำบลกงไกรลาศ หมู่ 1 ตำบลบ้านกร่าง อำเภอกงไกรลาศ จังหวัดสุโขทัย โดยจะทำการปูผิวจราจรใหม่ด้วยแอสฟัลท์คอนกรีต หนา 5 ซม. ครอบคลุมพื้นที่ไม่น้อยกว่า 1,392 ตารางเมตร พร้อมทั้งตีเส้นจราจรและทางม้าลายจำนวน 1 จุด เพื่อให้การสัญจรสะดวกและปลอดภัยยิ่งขึ้น ผู้ยื่นข้อเสนอต้องมีคุณสมบัติตามที่กำหนด มีผลงานก่อสร้างประเภทเดียวกันในวงเงินไม่น้อยกว่า 300,200 บาท และต้องมีโรงงานผสมแอสฟัลท์คอนกรีต หรือมีเอกสารยินยอมให้ใช้ผลิตภัณฑ์จากโรงงานผสมแอสฟัลท์คอนกรีตอื่น ระยะเวลาในการก่อสร้างคือ 60 วัน นับจากวันลงนามในสัญญาจ้าง เทศบาลจะพิจารณาตัดสินโดยใช้เกณฑ์ราคาต่ำสุด ผู้รับจ้างต้องรับประกันความชำรุดบกพร่องของงานเป็นเวลา 2 ปี และจะต้องมีและใช้ผู้ผ่านการทดสอบมาตรฐานฝีมือช่างในอัตราที่กำหนด

This project aims to improve Naranukulkit Road in front of Kong Krailat Municipality Fresh Market, Moo 1, Ban Krang Sub-district, Kong Krailat District, Sukhothai Province. The project involves paving the road surface with 5 cm thick asphalt concrete, covering an area of no less than 1,392 square meters, along with installing traffic lines and one zebra crossing. The goal is to improve traffic flow and safety. Bidders must meet specific qualifications, including having a similar construction track record of at least 300,200 THB and owning or having permission to use an asphalt concrete mixing plant. The construction period is 60 days from the contract signing date. The municipality will make the decision based on the lowest price. The contractor must guarantee the work against defects for 2 years and must employ certified skilled technicians at the specified rate.
