โครงการผลิตรายการ “บทบาทกรรมาธิการ” ประจำปีงบประมาณ พ.ศ. 2564 โดยสถานีวิทยุกระจายเสียงและวิทยุโทรทัศน์รัฐสภา มีวัตถุประสงค์หลักเพื่อให้ประชาชนได้รับความรู้และความเข้าใจเกี่ยวกับการทำงานของคณะกรรมาธิการของรัฐสภา รวมถึงเปิดโอกาสให้ประชาชนมีส่วนร่วมในการตรวจสอบการทำงานของฝ่ายบริหารผ่านกลไกของคณะกรรมาธิการ รูปแบบรายการจะเป็นแนววาไรตี้สาระความรู้ มีการลงพื้นที่ติดตามการทำงานของคณะกรรมาธิการทั้งสภาผู้แทนราษฎรและวุฒิสภา รวมถึงรับฟังปัญหาและเรื่องราวร้องทุกข์จากภาคประชาชน ผู้รับจ้างจะต้องผลิตรายการจำนวน 30 ตอน ความยาวตอนละ 55 นาที ออกอากาศทางสถานีวิทยุโทรทัศน์รัฐสภา ดิจิทัล ช่อง 10 และสื่อออนไลน์ รวมถึงจัดทำคลิปวิดีโอสั้น และทำการประเมินความพึงพอใจของผู้ชมรายการ เน้นการนำเสนอด้วยเทคนิค Full HD ที่ทันสมัย และ Info graphic ที่เข้าใจง่าย โดยมีงบประมาณ 3,300,000 บาท

The “Role of the Commission” TV program production project for the fiscal year 2021, by the Thai Parliament Radio and Television Station, aims to educate the public about the work of the parliamentary commissions.
