โครงการก่อสร้างเตาเผาซากสัตว์วัดคลองน้ำเจ็ด เป็นโครงการของเทศบาลนครตรัง มีวัตถุประสงค์หลักเพื่อก่อสร้างอาคารและติดตั้งเตาเผาซากสัตว์ปลอดมลพิษขนาด 50 กก./ชม. บริเวณวัดคลองน้ำเจ็ด ตำบลทับเที่ยง อำเภอเมืองตรัง จังหวัดตรัง ตัวอาคารมีขนาด 4.00 x 6.00 เมตร โครงสร้างคอนกรีตเสริมเหล็ก ผนังก่ออิฐบล็อกฉาบเรียบ พื้นปูกระเบื้องเคลือบ งานหลักประกอบด้วยการก่อสร้างอาคาร, การติดตั้งเตาเผาที่ใช้น้ำมันดีเซลเป็นเชื้อเพลิง, ติดตั้งปล่องควันสแตนเลส, และระบบควบคุมมลพิษ เตาเผามีห้องเผาไหม้สองห้อง คือห้องเผาซากสัตว์ (Primary Chamber) และห้องเผาควัน (Secondary Chamber) ผนังเตาประกอบด้วยฉนวนกันความร้อน 3 ชั้น มีระบบควบคุมอุณหภูมิแบบดิจิทัล และมีอุปกรณ์เสริม เช่น ที่เขี่ยซากสัตว์, ที่โกยขี้เถ้า, และถังเก็บน้ำมัน ผู้รับจ้างต้องจัดอบรมการใช้งานและดูแลรักษาเตาเผาให้แก่เจ้าหน้าที่ นอกจากนี้ ผู้รับจ้างต้องปฏิบัติตามกฎกระทรวงฯ โดยใช้วัสดุที่ผลิตในประเทศไทยไม่น้อยกว่าร้อยละ 60 และใช้เหล็กที่ผลิตในประเทศไทยไม่น้อยกว่าร้อยละ 90 ของปริมาณเหล็กที่ใช้ทั้งหมด

The Animal Carcass Incinerator Construction Project at Wat Khlong Nam Chet is a project of the Trang Municipality. The main objective is to construct a building and install a pollution-free animal carcass incinerator with a capacity of 50 kg/hr at Wat Khlong Nam Chet, Thap Thiang Subdistrict, Mueang Trang District, Trang Province. The building will be 4.00 x 6.00 meters, with reinforced concrete structure, plastered concrete block walls, and tiled floors. The main work includes the construction of the building, the installation of a diesel-fueled incinerator, the installation of a stainless steel chimney, and a pollution control system. The incinerator has two combustion chambers: a primary chamber for carcass incineration and a secondary chamber for smoke incineration. The incinerator wall consists of 3 layers of insulation. It has a digital temperature control system and accessories such as carcass rake, ash rake, and fuel tank. The contractor must provide training on the operation and maintenance of the incinerator to the staff. In addition, the contractor must comply with ministerial regulations by using at least 60% of domestically produced materials and at least 90% of domestically produced steel of the total steel used.
