โครงการจัดซื้อเลนส์แก้วตาเทียมชนิดนิ่มพับได้ เลนส์ใส จำนวน 350 ชุด สำหรับโรงพยาบาลสกลนคร มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อใช้ในการผ่าตัดต้อกระจกทดแทนเลนส์ธรรมชาติของผู้ป่วย ทำให้ผู้ป่วยกลับมามองเห็นได้เป็นปกติ เลนส์ที่ต้องการเป็นชนิด Aspheric วัสดุ Hydrophilic Acrylic แบบ Monofocal มีคุณสมบัติกรองแสง UV และมีลักษณะเฉพาะตามที่กำหนด เช่น ค่า A-constant, เส้นผ่าศูนย์กลาง, Refractive Index, และอื่นๆ ผลิตภัณฑ์ต้องได้มาตรฐาน ISO 13485 และมีอายุใช้งานไม่น้อยกว่า 1 ปีนับจากวันผลิต ผู้ขายต้องได้รับการแต่งตั้งจากผู้ผลิตและรับประกันคุณภาพสินค้าอย่างน้อย 1 ปี
