โครงการนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อก่อสร้างสะพานข้ามคลองชลประทาน เพื่อแก้ไขปัญหาความเดือดร้อนของประชาชนในการสัญจรระหว่างตำบลวังชะโอน อำเภอบึงสามัคคี จังหวัดกำแพงเพชร และตำบลหนองตางู อำเภอบรรพตพิสัย จังหวัดนครสวรรค์ ขอบเขตงานประกอบด้วยการก่อสร้างสะพานที่มีความมั่นคง แข็งแรง โครงสร้างไม่กีดขวางทางน้ำ และเป็นไปตามมาตรฐานความปลอดภัย เพื่อให้ประชาชนสามารถใช้เส้นทางคมนาคมได้อย่างสะดวกและปลอดภัย ผลงานที่คาดหวังคือสะพานที่สร้างเสร็จสมบูรณ์ตามรูปแบบรายการที่กำหนด ช่วยลดปัญหาการเดินทางและยกระดับโครงสร้างพื้นฐานของชุมชน โครงการนี้เน้นการแก้ไขปัญหาความเดือดร้อนของประชาชนและการส่งเสริมการพัฒนาโครงสร้างพื้นฐานในพื้นที่

ผู้ยื่นข้อเสนอต้องมีคุณสมบัติตามที่กำหนด เช่น มีผลงานก่อสร้างประเภทเดียวกันในวงเงินไม่น้อยกว่า 1,575,000 บาท และมีมูลค่าสุทธิของกิจการเป็นบวก หรือมีทุนจดทะเบียนไม่ต่ำกว่า 1 ล้านบาท หลักเกณฑ์การพิจารณาคัดเลือกข้อเสนอจะพิจารณาจากปัจจัยต่างๆ ตามที่องค์การบริหารส่วนจังหวัดกำแพงเพชรกำหนด

The objective of this project is to construct a bridge over an irrigation canal to alleviate the hardship faced by the public in traveling between Wang Chon subdistrict, Bueng Samakkhi district, Kamphaeng Phet province, and Nong Tangu subdistrict, Banphot Phisai district, Nakhon Sawan province. The scope of work includes constructing a strong and stable bridge with a structure that does not obstruct the waterway and meets safety standards, allowing people to use the transportation route conveniently and safely. The expected outcome is a fully completed bridge according to the specified design, reducing travel problems and upgrading the community’s infrastructure. This project focuses on resolving public grievances and promoting infrastructure development in the area.

Bidders must meet the specified qualifications, such as having construction experience of the same type with a value of not less than 1,575,000 Baht, and having a positive net worth or registered capital of not less than 1 million Baht. The criteria for selecting proposals will be based on various factors as determined by the Kamphaeng Phet Provincial Administrative Organization.
