โครงการนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อจัดซื้อครุภัณฑ์ทางการแพทย์ที่จำเป็น คือ ท่อช่วยหายใจชนิดสอดใส่ทางหลอดลมคอพร้อมบอลลูน (Tracheostomy tube with cuff) จำนวน 167 ชุด โดยมีคุณสมบัติเฉพาะที่กำหนดไว้ใน TOR เพื่อให้ได้ผลิตภัณฑ์ที่มีคุณภาพและเหมาะสมกับการใช้งานทางการแพทย์ รายละเอียดของขอบเขตงานรวมถึงการจัดหาท่อช่วยหายใจที่มีคุณสมบัติตามที่กำหนด เช่น วัสดุที่ใช้ต้องเป็นไปตามมาตรฐาน, มี Soft-Seal Cuff เพื่อลดความเสี่ยงในการเกิดแผล, และมี Pilot balloon ที่มีความไวต่อแรงดัน นอกจากนี้ยังต้องมีอุปกรณ์เสริม เช่น One-way valve และ Inner Cannulae เพื่อให้การใช้งานมีประสิทธิภาพมากยิ่งขึ้น การส่งมอบจะต้องเป็นไปตามข้อกำหนดและเงื่อนไขที่ระบุไว้ใน TOR

This project aims to procure medical equipment, specifically 167 units of Tracheostomy tubes with cuffs, adhering to the technical specifications outlined in the TOR. The scope of work includes supplying tracheostomy tubes with specified features such as standard materials, Soft-Seal Cuffs to reduce the risk of injury, and pressure-sensitive Pilot balloons.
