องค์การบริหารส่วนตำบลบ้านกุ่ม มีความประสงค์จะจัดซื้อรถบรรทุกขยะ ขนาด 5 ตัน 6 ล้อ แบบอัดท้าย จำนวน 1 คัน เพื่อแก้ไขปัญหาขยะในชุมชนและเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพในการจัดเก็บขยะให้ทั่วถึง วงเงินงบประมาณ 2,500,000 บาท ผู้ยื่นข้อเสนอต้องมีคุณสมบัติตามที่กำหนดไว้ในประกาศ เช่น ไม่เป็นผู้ล้มละลาย ไม่ติด Blacklist ของทางราชการ และมีคุณสมบัติอื่นๆ ตามที่คณะกรรมการนโยบายการจัดซื้อจัดจ้างและการบริหารพัสดุภาครัฐกำหนด ผู้สนใจสามารถยื่นข้อเสนอได้โดยวิธีการประกวดราคาอิเล็กทรอนิกส์ (e-bidding) โดยองค์การบริหารส่วนตำบลบ้านกุ่มจะพิจารณาคัดเลือกข้อเสนอโดยใช้หลักเกณฑ์ราคาต่ำสุด ผู้ชนะการเสนอราคาจะต้องส่งมอบพัสดุภายใน 90 วันนับถัดจากวันลงนามในสัญญา และรับประกันความชำรุดบกพร่องเป็นเวลา 1 ปี
