โรงพยาบาลเพชรบูรณ์ มีความประสงค์จะจัดซื้อวัสดุจักษุ จำนวน 2 รายการ ได้แก่ สารหนืดสำหรับการผ่าตัดต้อกระจกชนิด Cohesive จำนวน 1,400 กล่อง และสารหนืดสำหรับการผ่าตัดต้อกระจกชนิด Dispersive จำนวน 800 กล่อง เพื่อใช้ในการรักษาผู้ป่วยที่มารับบริการที่ห้องผ่าตัดตาของโรงพยาบาล โครงการนี้มีวงเงินงบประมาณ 2,695,000 บาท (สองล้านหกแสนเก้าหมื่นห้าพันบาทถ้วน) โดยจะทำการจัดซื้อด้วยวิธีประกวดราคาอิเล็กทรอนิกส์ (e-bidding) ผู้ยื่นข้อเสนอต้องมีคุณสมบัติตามที่กำหนดไว้ใน TOR และต้องส่งมอบพัสดุภายในวันที่ 30 กันยายน 2568 โดยจะมีการออกใบสั่งซื้อเป็นคราวๆ ไป และกำหนดส่งมอบภายใน 30 วันหลังจากลงนามในใบสั่งซื้อแต่ละครั้ง เกณฑ์การพิจารณาคัดเลือกจะใช้หลักเกณฑ์ราคา และผู้ชนะการเสนอราคาจะต้องรับประกันความชำรุดบกพร่องของสิ่งของเป็นเวลา 1 ปี

Phetchabun Hospital intends to purchase 2 items of ophthalmic materials: 1,400 boxes of Cohesive Ophthalmic Viscoelastic Device and 800 boxes of Dispersive Ophthalmic Viscoelastic Device for the treatment of patients receiving services at the hospital’s eye surgery room. The project has a budget of 2,695,000 Baht (two million six hundred ninety-five thousand Baht only). The procurement will be done via electronic bidding (e-bidding). Bidders must meet the qualifications specified in the TOR and must deliver the materials by September 30, 2025. Purchase orders will be issued periodically, and delivery must be made within 30 days after signing each purchase order. The selection criteria will be based on price, and the winning bidder must guarantee the defect-free items for 1 year.
