• จัดซื้อเครื่องรับส่งวิทยุ VHF, เสาอากาศ และอุปกรณ์ประกอบ เพื่อใช้งานในการไฟฟ้าส่วนภูมิภาค (PEA).

General material and packing instructions
Additional to the general instructions, the following shall be observed:

These specifications cover VHF radio transceivers, antennas, and accessories,
operating in the frequency range from 150 MHz to 174 MHz
Standard
The VHF radio transceivers antennas and accessories shall be in accordance with the
latest VDE 0800/3.63, VDE 0855, DIN standards, FCC Rules and Regulations, or
equivalent; unless otherwise specified in these specifications.

Principal requirement
The offered VHF radio transceiver, antennas, and accessories shall be constructed for
operation under the following conditions:

Manufacturer shall indicate his official representative agent for Thailand and guarantee

The transceivers shall be fully transistorized solid-state or Integrate Circuit (IC). The

  The types of antenna shall be stated in " C3 Schedule of detailed requirements” and
  having VSWR less than 1.5 to ensure the highest possible performance.
  The battery charger for fixed base stations
  The battery charger units shall conform to the following requirements:
  The battery charger shall have a voltage regulator control device and overvoltage
  overcurrent protection and accessories.
  The battery charger shall be of sufficient capacity to charge the storage battery and
  supply DC power to the transceiver of the base station. When not in use, the storage
  battery shall be kept fully charge by means of a trickle current from the normal AC
  circuit of single-phase 220 VAC 50 Hz through the battery charger.
  The voltage regulator shall have an adjustable output voltage range from 12VDC to
  13.8 VDC, or better.

  Packing
  Each item of VHF radio transceivers, antennas, spare parts, and accessories shall be
  packed in suitable packages.
  The co-axial cables shall be packed in coil (s) or in drum(s). One (1) coil or drum shall
