โครงการนี้เป็นการก่อสร้างถนนลาดยางแอสฟัลท์ติกคอนกรีต ในทางหลวงท้องถิ่น สร.ถ.50-020 เชื่อมระหว่างบ้านนิคมฯ3 หมู่ที่ 13 ไปยังบ้านโคกแดง หมู่ที่ 12 ตำบลโคกสะอาด อำเภอปราสาท จังหวัดสุรินทร์ โครงการนี้ดำเนินการโดย องค์การบริหารส่วนตำบลโคกสะอาด มีระยะทางรวม 1.930 กิโลเมตร ผิวจราจรกว้าง 5.00 เมตร ประกอบด้วยงานดินคันทาง, งานปรับปรุงชั้นทางเดิม, งานชั้นรองพื้นทางด้วยลูกรัง, งานชั้นพื้นทางด้วยหินคลุก, งาน Prime Coat, งานผิวจราจร Asphaltic Concrete, งานวางท่อระบายน้ำ คสล., งานกำแพงปากท่อ, งานติดตั้งเครื่องหมายจราจร (ตีเส้น, Rumble Strips) และ งานติดตั้งป้ายจราจร โดยมีวัตถุประสงค์หลักเพื่อปรับปรุงเส้นทางคมนาคมให้ได้มาตรฐาน สะดวกและปลอดภัยต่อผู้ใช้งาน

This project involves the construction of an asphaltic concrete road on local highway Sor.Thor. 50-020, connecting Ban Nikhom 3, Village No. 13, to Ban Khok Daeng, Village No. 12, in Khok Sa-at Sub-district, Prasat District, Surin Province. The project is undertaken by the Khok Sa-at Subdistrict Administrative Organization. The total distance is 1.930 kilometers with a road surface width of 5.00 meters. The project includes earthworks, existing road base improvement, a laterite subbase layer, a crushed rock base layer, Prime Coat application, Asphaltic Concrete surfacing, reinforced concrete culvert pipe installation, headwall construction, traffic marking installation (road marking, Rumble Strips), and traffic sign installation. The main objective is to improve the transportation route to meet standards, providing convenience and safety for users.
