สถาบันวิจัยดาราศาสตร์แห่งชาติ (องค์การมหาชน) มีความประสงค์จะว่าจ้างผู้สอบบัญชี เพื่อตรวจสอบและประเมินผลการดำเนินงานทางการเงินและระบบควบคุมภายในของสถาบันฯ ประจำปีงบประมาณ 2569 โดยผู้สอบบัญชีจะต้องตรวจสอบรายงานการเงินตามนโยบายและมาตรฐานที่กำหนด ตลอดจนประเมินผลการใช้จ่ายเงินและทรัพย์สินของสถาบันฯ และสอบทานระบบควบคุมภายในที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการรับจ่ายเงิน การเก็บรักษาเงิน และการใช้จ่ายเงินและทรัพย์สิน รวมถึงการจัดเก็บรายได้ของสถาบันฯ ผู้สอบบัญชีต้องจัดทำรายงานการตรวจสอบรายงานการเงิน, รายงานการประเมินผลการใช้จ่ายเงินและทรัพย์สิน, และรายงานการสอบทานระบบควบคุมภายใน ส่งมอบให้แก่สำนักงานการตรวจเงินแผ่นดินและสถาบันฯ ภายใน 150 วัน นับจากวันสิ้นปีงบประมาณ ผู้สนใจต้องมีคุณสมบัติตามที่กำหนด มีประสบการณ์สอบบัญชีอย่างน้อย 5 ปี, มีใบอนุญาตผู้สอบบัญชีรับอนุญาตที่ยังไม่สิ้นผล, ไม่มีพฤติกรรมที่แสดงถึงการขาดจรรยาบรรณ, ไม่เป็นกรรมการหรือเจ้าหน้าที่ของหน่วยรับตรวจ และต้องเสนอข้อเสนอทางเทคนิคและทางการเงิน โดยมีวงเงินงบประมาณ 500,000 บาท

The National Astronomical Research Institute of Thailand (Public Organization) is seeking to hire an auditor to examine financial statements, evaluate the use of funds and assets, and review the internal control system of the institute for the fiscal year 2026. The auditor must examine financial statements according to the specified policies and standards, as well as evaluate the use of funds and assets of the institute, and review the internal control system related to cash receipts, cash handling, and expenditure, including revenue collection of the institute. The auditor must prepare a financial statement audit report, a report on the evaluation of fund and asset expenditure, and an internal control system review report, submitting them to the Office of the Auditor General and the institute within 150 days from the end of the fiscal year. Interested parties must meet the specified qualifications, have at least 5 years of auditing experience, possess a valid certified public accountant license, have no unethical behavior, and not be a director or officer of the audited entity. They must submit technical and financial proposals with a budget of 500,000 baht.
