โครงการนี้เป็นการปรับปรุงถนนคอนกรีตเสริมเหล็ก บริเวณแยกถนนสายโค้งประดู่-เจ็ดเนิน เชื่อมสายเจ็ดเนิน-โปร่งหิน หมู่ที่ 5 ตำบลเกาะจันทร์ อำเภอเกาะจันทร์ จังหวัดชลบุรี โดยมีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพในการสัญจรและยกระดับคุณภาพชีวิตของประชาชนในพื้นที่ โครงการประกอบด้วยงานก่อสร้างผิวจราจรคอนกรีตเสริมเหล็ก ขนาดกว้าง 6.00 เมตร หนา 0.20 เมตร ยาว 1,150.00 เมตร รวมพื้นที่ผิวจราจรไม่น้อยกว่า 6,900.00 ตารางเมตร รวมถึงงานปรับเกรดพื้นทางเดิมพร้อมบดอัดแน่น ตีเส้นแบ่งผิวจราจร และติดตั้งป้ายบังคับ ป้ายเตือน และป้ายแนะนำตามมาตรฐานกรมทางหลวงชนบท ผู้รับจ้างจะต้องใช้วัสดุที่ผลิตในประเทศไม่น้อยกว่าร้อยละ 60 ของมูลค่าพัสดุทั้งหมด และใช้เหล็กที่ผลิตภายในประเทศไม่น้อยกว่าร้อยละ 90 ของปริมาณเหล็กที่ต้องใช้ทั้งหมด การออกแบบส่วนผสมคอนกรีตต้องเป็นไปตามมาตรฐาน และมีกำลังอัดประลัยไม่น้อยกว่า 325 กิโลกรัมต่อตารางเซนติเมตร โครงการนี้ให้ความสำคัญกับความปลอดภัยในการก่อสร้าง โดยต้องมีการจัดการจราจรและติดตั้งป้ายสัญญาณที่เหมาะสม

This project involves the improvement of reinforced concrete pavement at the intersection of Khok Pradu-Chet Nern road, connecting to Chet Nern-Prong Hin road, Village No. 5, Koh Chan Subdistrict, Koh Chan District, Chonburi Province. The objective is to enhance traffic efficiency and improve the quality of life for residents in the area. The project includes the construction of reinforced concrete pavement with a width of 6.00 meters, a thickness of 0.20 meters, and a length of 1,150.00 meters, totaling a pavement area of at least 6,900.00 square meters. It also includes subgrade improvement with compaction, pavement marking, and installation of mandatory, warning, and advisory signs according to the Department of Rural Roads standards. The contractor must use domestically produced materials for no less than 60 percent of the total material value, and domestically produced steel for no less than 90 percent of the total steel volume required. The concrete mix design must meet standards and have a compressive strength of no less than 325 kilograms per square centimeter. This project emphasizes safety during construction, requiring traffic management and appropriate signage installation.
