กรมส่งเสริมอุตสาหกรรม (กสอ.) มีความประสงค์จะดำเนินการติดตั้งฉนวนกันความร้อนชนิดพียูโฟม (Polyurethane Foam) หรือเทียบเท่า บริเวณห้องประชุมชั้น 5 และห้องเครื่องลิฟต์โดยสารชั้นดาดฟ้า อาคาร กสอ. เพื่อปรับปรุงสภาพแวดล้อมภายในห้องประชุมให้มีอุณหภูมิเหมาะสม ลดเสียงรบกวนจากภายนอก โดยเฉพาะในช่วงฝนตก และลดการทำงานหนักของเครื่องปรับอากาศ ทำให้ประหยัดพลังงาน พื้นที่ติดตั้งรวมไม่น้อยกว่า 1,025 ตารางเมตร แบ่งเป็นใต้หลังคาห้องประชุมชั้น 6 พื้นที่ 960 ตารางเมตร และห้องเครื่องลิฟต์โดยสารชั้นดาดฟ้า พื้นที่ 65 ตารางเมตร ผู้รับจ้างจะต้องรื้อถอนฉนวนเดิม ขนย้ายวัสดุ และติดตั้งฉนวนใหม่ที่มีความหนาไม่น้อยกว่า 3 นิ้ว รวมถึงซ่อมแซมความเสียหายของอาคาร (หากมี) ระยะเวลาดำเนินการ 45 วัน งบประมาณ 700,000 บาท เกณฑ์การพิจารณาคือราคาต่ำสุด ผู้รับจ้างต้องรับประกันความชำรุดบกพร่อง 1 เดือน

The Department of Industrial Promotion (DIP) intends to install Polyurethane (PU) foam insulation, or equivalent, in the 5th-floor meeting rooms and the rooftop elevator machine room of the DIP building. This project aims to improve the temperature inside the meeting rooms, reduce external noise (especially during rainfall), and lessen the workload of the air conditioning system, thus saving energy. The total installation area is no less than 1,025 square meters, divided into 960 square meters under the roof of the 6th-floor meeting room and 65 square meters in the rooftop elevator machine room. The contractor will be responsible for removing the existing insulation, disposing of materials, and installing new insulation with a thickness of no less than 3 inches. Any damage to the building caused during installation must also be repaired. The project duration is 45 days, with a budget of 700,000 baht. The selection criterion is the lowest price. The contractor must provide a 1-month warranty for defects.
