โครงการนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อก่อสร้างและปรับปรุงถนนลาดยางแอสฟัลต์คอนกรีต (AC) บนถนนสายแยกจากทางหลวงหมายเลข 41 ไปยังบ้านกลาง ในตำบลคลองพา อำเภอท่าชนะ จังหวัดสุราษฎร์ธานี โดยมีรายละเอียดดังนี้:
- ลักษณะงาน: ก่อสร้างถนนลาดยาง AC ผิวจราจรกว้าง 7.00 เมตร พร้อมไหล่ทาง AC ข้างละ 1.00 เมตร
- ระยะทาง: รวมระยะทาง 5.500 กิโลเมตร ตั้งแต่ กม. 0+000.000 ถึง กม. 5+500.000
- ขอบเขตงาน: ประกอบด้วยงานเตรียมพื้นที่, งานโครงสร้างทาง (ชั้นพื้นทาง, ชั้นรองพื้นทาง, ผิวทาง AC), งานระบายน้ำ (วางท่อลอดเหลี่ยม, รางระบายน้ำ), งานติดตั้งป้ายจราจรและเครื่องหมายจราจร, และงานไฟฟ้าแสงสว่าง
- เป้าหมาย: เพื่อเพิ่มความสะดวกและความปลอดภัยในการสัญจร, สนับสนุนการพัฒนาเศรษฐกิจและสังคมในพื้นที่, และยกระดับคุณภาพชีวิตของประชาชน
ผู้รับจ้างจะต้องดำเนินการตามมาตรฐานกรมทางหลวงชนบท และต้องใช้วัสดุที่ผลิตภายในประเทศไม่น้อยกว่าร้อยละ 60 ของมูลค่าวัสดุทั้งหมด และใช้เหล็กที่ผลิตในประเทศไม่น้อยกว่าร้อยละ 90 ของปริมาณเหล็กที่ใช้ทั้งหมด
This project involves the construction of an asphalt concrete (AC) road, 7.00 meters wide, with AC shoulders of 1.00 meter on each side, on the highway branching from Highway No. 41 to Ban Klang in Khlong Pha Sub-district, Tha Chana District, Surat Thani Province, with a total distance of 5.500 kilometers, from km 0+000.000 to km 5+500.000. The project includes pavement improvements, drainage work, installation of traffic signs and markings, and installation of street lighting. The contractor must comply with the standards of the Department of Rural Roads and use materials manufactured in the country not less than 60 percent of the total material value and use steel produced in the country not less than 90 percent of the total amount of steel used.
